Casa Papa is located on a private road, Calle Papallilos, less than 6 a minute walk to the plaza & beach. It is absolutley ideal for a carless vacation with everything from food stores to coffee shops to a cold beer or tequila to sandy beaches to jungle hikes to gallery & art shopping to local music literally just minutes away. Filtered & pressured water throughout with a reserve tank(when the town runs out you have plenty). The caretaker is only a house away for anything you might need and can arrange meals prepared for you right at Casa Papa.

To make a reservation is a simple phone call - once your rental price is negotiated a Welcome Packet with emergency numbers, map and other helpful information is emailed to you - The longer the stay the better the price, we would rather have our home rented y enjoyed than empty y alone!

Year Purchased: 2008
Been enjoying Mexico y Guatemala since 1988 - Enjoying Sayulita since 1997 and ownership there since 2002. I have built and remodeled a few houses in Sayulita. In Colorado I work in Resort Real Estate marketing & sales. Sayulita brings me and my family a balance from the Mountains, especially in the Winter when the waves are ideal. My wife and 2 children have considered moving to Sayulit but figure we will share our house with other until then.

-The home is only 5 minute walk to the Plaza and surf break without any noise from town
-The street has no traffic being on a dead end, perfect for children
-The views are 360 degrees and the Mango orchard offers such an open feeling
