Welcome to our Arizona Oasis Home located in the Johnson Ranch Community!
Whether you came to golf, site see or just to unwind and relax, this is the home for you. This beautiful new home comes complete with all new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, linens and of course, pool towels.
This spacious single level home is 2052 sq. ft with three bedrooms and a den. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with views of the back yard pool. The large ensuite has double sinks, and a soaker tub with separate shower.
Enjoy the other two bedrooms which are set up with a king size bed and the other has a queen bed. The den is set up with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The den is also equipped with a desk, all-in-one printer, wireless internet and phone if you must do some work. This spectacular home can accommodate up to 4 couples very comfortably complete with luxury linens and bedding!
The large kitchen, breakfast island and dining areas are fully equipped including spices you'll need to make those gourmet meals. You can relax in the great room on the over sized sofas and chaise loungers, complete with a TV, DVD and stereo system.
If you like to spend your days outside, this back yard is for you! With no homes behind us, the views are endless. Enjoy this breath-taking back yard complete with a very large 40 ft, salt water pool, private spa and professional landscaping. This pool comes complete with a volleyball net, water toys and floaties if you just want to relax and soak up the sun. Set up with an outdoor kitchen and bar, this back yard is great for entertaining. Enjoy the awesome sunsets over the San Tan Mountain Range from the covered patio, complete with dining table and chairs. There are lots of loungers for relaxing as well or just to watch the days go by. You will never want to go indoors!!
Our gorgeous Oasis home is in close proximity to numerous golf courses!!

My partner and I were looking for some sun, fun, and relaxation away from the worst winter in NYC in the past 10 years. We found exactly what we were looking for here in the San Tan Valley. the house was beautiful, well maintained, and the owners had an uncanny ability to anticipate our every need. From the candles placed strategically for perfect lighting ( with refills in appropriate storage spaces), to detailed instructions neatly organized and easy to understand. Teresa responded quickly to our calls and was very kind and understanding when we didn't realize how long it would take for our deposit to reach them in Calgary ( 7-10 days, who knew!). The backyard was completely private, almost eerily so, as we didn't see one person on the streets out front or in the back the whole time we were there. Also, if you are into nature, we were no more than 40 minutes away from some of the most beautiful hikes you have ever seen. (We recommend the Superstition mountain hikes!). This was just what we needed, and we hope to come back again!

We stayed at this Oasis with 2 other couples for one week in March. All of us were in agreement that the home far exceeded our expectations!! Not only was it beautifully decorated and well maintained but the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Although the property was a greater distance from downtown Phoenix than we had anticipated, we didn't mind because we spent most of our week outside at home, at the pool, the spa, the wonderful outdoor cooking area and the fabulous covered patio for those of us who needed to stay out of the sun!! The home owners left detailed notes regarding the home and the area and also left plenty of tourist information if we wanted to travel in the area. They also made themselves available to us both by phone and by email and in fact responded immediately to our questions on the first day! We hope one day to return but in the meantime we will be recommending this "home away from home" to all our family and friends!!

Teresa and Rick's home is gorgeous and very well appointed. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and a great way to start (and end!) the day. The outside barbeque and dining area made for many a fine meal. Neighbourhood is quiet and the backdrop of the San Tan mountains dotted with cactus is impressive. Owners seem to genuinely care that their guests are having a good holiday and make themselves available via telephone to answer any questions. I would definately recommend this home and property for people wanting to relax and "get away from it all"!

A luxurious home away from home. Perfectly set up with all the ammenities you need. We enjoyed the back yard living space with the beautiful pool and hot tub. The home is clean, well taken care of and a perfect place to unwind and relax. We would recommend this vacation home without hesitation to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that "feels like home".

We truly did not want to leave the house at all the few days we stayed there. The home is wonderfully furnished with all the creature comforts and the backyard is as wonderful as it looks...we spent all of our time either in the pool or in the spa breaking just long enough to cook some food on the grill. The surrounding mountains are spectacular and even have a few trails that made for a nice backdrop for a morning run. I can't comment on the actual town because we never wanted to leave the house. A truly relaxing getaway
