This secluded, private villa sits 400 feet above the palm-fringed white sands of Brewers Bay. Facing west, you will have a different spectacular sunset every night. This private villa is a West-Indian style home with14 ft. high ceilings. The master bedroom has a quiet air conditioning unit, rarely needed with the Caribbean breezes and trade winds. Each room has a huge paddle fan and there are Mexican Saltillo tiles indoor and out. The 14 x 24 pool is very private (full sun) and is perched out of the mountain side. Many outdoor sitting areas both shaded and full sun, with outdoor speakers, tiki hut and hotel style chaise lounges. In addition to the indoor shower, there is an outdoor garden shower with a view to the sea.

The house and property were FAR better than photos! We found ourselves spending much of our time on Tortola "home" as it was so perfect. Our first trip to Tortola and we now have a list of friends who want to join us when we return!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Do NOT pass this one up! The pictures do not do this place justice. This is an amazing property with a million dollar view, and you can tell the owners put their heart and soul into creating a private tropical hideaway. This was our first trip to Tortola, and we could not have been happier with the house and the location at Brewers Bay. Turn on the XM radio, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy the view from the outdoor shower...this is the definition of paradise! Thank you Freddy!

'Casa Allamanda' is truly a gem! We have stayed there twice...the first time was a few years ago (in answer to an 'Islands Magazine' ad). Then again just this last winter, after trying in vain to duplicate such a beautiful experience in several settings elsewhere. We really, truly love this place! The Brewer's Bay location is about as remote as one can get on Tortola and the property provides absolute privacy. This is an exceptional value, both to your pocketbook and your beautiful memories! We hope to be able to return again someday.
