This is a new construction home that was built and completed in February of 2008. This vacation home is located in a new residential community sub-division that is located within ten minutes of Seaworld and fifteen minutes west of Downtown San Antonio Riverwalk. The sub-division has a community swimming pool, large park & playground area. If your looking for a vacation home closer to the Riverwalk, please check my other vacation home listing number 228872.

New retail shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are within five minutes of the home. Some amenities of the home include wall mounted 20 inch flat screen tv's in all bedroom's, master is sitting on top of dresser and a 42 inch flat screen tv in the living room. Any guests driving into San Antonio, there is plenty of living room space for your kids to bring and play their Wii. I'm a native of San Antonio and I manage my own vacation homes and I also manage other out of town owner vacation homes. I'm just minutes away and can be contacted for any questions during your stay.

This home has been housing vacationers since March of 2008 from Canada to Germany. Vacationers and their families have given us great compliments about how comfortable and relaxing our home was during their stay, as if they were home away from home.   • This home is a great alternative to a Hotel. The house was beautiful and well kept with a TV in every room to keep the kids occupied (when they weren't swimming or playing at the community pool & playground). We had a great time and the home is very close to Sea World and not far from downtown at all. We look forward to using VRBO again soon! The Woods Family

  • Our vacation stay was July 25th thru August 1st 2009. We really enjoyed our stay. The family enjoyed the house. Very nice community. We have decided to start taking a vacation every year as a family and we will not stay in Motels. This has been great.

  • Our family vacation stay in this vacation home was July 20, 2009 thru July 24, 2009. We had a great time in San Antonio on our vacation and this home made all the difference for our family.   • We stayed here in Feb '09 for our son's graduation from boot camp. The home was perfect! We had plenty of room for the whole family to get together. The house is just a few short miles to Lackland. We were able to enjoy the graduation activities, orientation, coin ceremony, and the graduation itself and also bring our son back to the house to unwind. The owner was very easy to work with, very pleasant and we would certainly stay there again if needed. You won't be disappointed! Lovely home, convenient and very clean.

  • We have stayed in this home twice, and absolutely loved it! We have six children, and of course always struggle to feel like being away from home is a true vacation -- but in this home we're able to relax and feel at home! Our kids love that each room has its own TV, and that there is a pool and playground within walking distance. We love it because we're able to truly relax! The owner has thought of everything - down to the pack-n-play and booster seat for our toddler! We typically spend the days at Sea World or in downtown San Antonio, and find the house to be a perfect retreat to make dinner, enjoy TV/movies, and just relax in the evenings. We highly recommend the property, and plan to stay there again!
