Only 25 minutes drive to Keystone Ski Resort and to Copper Mountain Ski Resort and 45 minutes drive to Arapahoe or Vail Ski Resort. Easy access to cross country ski trails, biking and hiking right off your back yard. Take a drive downtown to enjoy beautiful Breckenridge’s ambiance with plenty fine dining restaurants and live music bars or ice skating at local Ice Skating Ring or a work out at local Recreation Center!
Home has great living room area combined with kitchen (all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, art tile work) and bar area on the main level with a guest bedroom that sleeps three (log bunk bed) and its own bathroom as well as extra guest 1/4 bathroom. Stone gas fireplace in the middle of the living room contributes to a satisfying après ski relaxation. Two flat screen TVs (main floor and master bedroom). Nice sunny deck with BBQ grill!
Basement area serves as living quarters with separate bedroom that sleeps two (queen size bed), washer and dryer, gas fireplace, futon and 32” TV and bathroom.
Master bedroom situated on second level has unbeatable views of the Breckenridge Ski Area from the bedroom’s deck, jetted tub, hot steam shower with two shower heads, two sink bathroom, stoned fireplace, washer and dryer in the closet and king size bed. The next-door bedroom has queen size bed with its own bath.
Private garage is attached with two parking spots. In the hallway there is lots of room for laying aside your coats, shoes and boots.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Point
We bought our home because of the great views. You can watch the sun rise and sun set from our master bedroom deck and hold your breath while looking at the different colors. We love the location so close to town and also the neighborhood.
