This unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en-suite) villa overlooks a picturesque lake on one of Kissimmee`s most
sought after estates. The villa is approximately 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
It is 10 minutes from Disney Main Gate. Kennedy Space Centre & Bush Gardens are only an hour away.
Golf courses, attractions, restaurants & shops are close by.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard, sleeping 6-8. It is equipped with all essential crockery, glassware
& cookware, as well as bed linen, towels, pool towels & hair dryers.
The spacious living area has a 3-seater sofa (double sleeper), 2 seater sofa, Cable TV. DVD., C.D./ Tuner
Home Cinema System. A credit card telephone is installed and local calls are free.
The fully equipped,(right down to a blender & slow cooker), kitchen includes a fridge-freezer with ice maker.
A washing machine & tumble dryer is also provided.
Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms & over the covered patio. (sometimes preferable to air-conditioning). Additional security systems including a wall safe are installed.
The heatable pool & spar can be enclosed with a safety fence, which we strongly recommend for young children.
A screen keeping the insects out, but not the sun, encloses the pool & patio areas.
Patio table, chairs & a B.B.Q. will help you to enjoy the south-westerly aspect.

We stayed at the villa for one week in late Decmeber 2011 into early January 2012, and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. The house itself is beautiful, and offers everything needed and more. The house is very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The location of the house in relation to the attractions of the area is perfect. We will certainly return to this villa for future vacations in Kissimmee/Orlando and will highly recommend it to anyone we know who is looking for vacation accommodations in this area.

We did not know what to expect as this is the first time utilizing the villas at Liberty Village. I have nothing but great things to stay. The owners had everything perfectly lined up and the house was neat and clean. The directional signs throughout the property were very helpful in understanding how everything works. We did not stay at the house too long as we had four day passes to Disney but the little bit of time we stayed at the house was very memorable. I especially liked that amenities and how everything was available to us. I would recommend this villa to everyone who is interested in a great place to stay that is in such close proximity to Disney!!!
