This house offers tranquility and privacy in the heart of Edgartown. It is located down a quiet lane that ends at a nature sanctuary on the eastern coast of the island. An island classic, the house was originally built by the man who cut ice in Sheriff's pond -- just out the door and down the path.
The gently sloping backyard is perfect for entertaining on summer evenings or for reading in the sun. It is also excellent for children, with few cars and a lot to explore.
