Too many minor items need attention

There are to many minor items that need some attention at this property, these are some: 1. No telephone (advertised) 2. Not satellite/cable TV as we see in the UK - looked more like a few average quality terrestrial TV channels. 3. Broken Patio chair when we arrived and another split when I sat on it. Two of the three loungers were split. Probably just aged in the heat. 4. Property had not been cleaned properly (thick dust on some items). 5. Waste disposal did not work. 6. Smoke alarm hanging from the main ceiling by its wires. 7. Rusty ventilation grills in en-suite and family bathrooms, corrosion around sink overflows. 8. Pool pump ran 24/7, very irritating as the unit is near the master bedroom. 9. Pool screen needs attention. Good points. 1. Quiet and not overlooked (nobody in the villas either side). 2. Fairly close to Disney. 3. Walmart, MacDonalds Publix etc close by. 4. Plenty of bedding, linen, towels cutlery etc. 5. Appeared to be recently painted, but the furniture shows some wear (sofas OK) Its a shame, because just a minor investment would quite easily restore the villa to good quality that could be recommended. I sent the above information to the rental company, but not surprisingly they haven't bothered to reply. Perhaps they think that sending someone around to clean the pool and cut the grass twice a week is maintenance....
