Our beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is situated on the well known Greenfield Plantations golf course. As you can see from the photos it has a lovely private heated pool and jacuzzi, it overlooks a large lake which is teeming with wild life, and there is also a communal pool if you wish some company.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower and a semi-sunken bath, there are double patio doors out to the pool area. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen beds and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Bathroom 2 and 3 both have large walk in showers.
The large lounge is beautifully furnished and has triple patio doors out to the pool. The dining room is well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped, there is also a breakfast area with table and chairs as well as a breakfast bar. In the garage you will find beach chairs, a cool box and an umbrella for your use, there are also towels for the beach.

The house is extremely clean. It is a home away from home. Everything that you need to be comfortable. Very convenient to the entire Bay area. Less than an hour from Busch Gardens or Clearwater. The owners are kind and helpful! Thanks for a great weekend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and my son graduating college, so we wanted a place that would afford not only comfort, but also near activities for our older boys, was affordable, and that would allow our little Maltese to come with us. This home fit the bill perfectly. First, the owners are more than accomodating, have great communication and are there for you if you need anything at all. The home is situated in a very quiet upscale neighborhood. We loved the little waterway behind the backyard, because we saw all kinds of wildlife including turtles, fish, birds of all kinds. It was so relaxing to be in the beautiful pool, and look out over the water and see all the wildlife. And very private too. We never felt like the neighbors were looming over us. Just fun! We visited Holmes beach and Anna Maria island beach. The water was delightfully warm, and we were able to see other fish under the water pretty clearly with swim goggles. The locals suggested we try Siesta Key, but we never got there..so if you go, check it out! If you are looking for a fun-filled getaway, a romatic getaway, quiet time, or adventure...this place has it all. Very comfortable, affordable and just all around nice! Thank you so much to the owners for providing such a nice place for us to visit. We will be back!

This property is superb in every way. Very convenient, yet peaceful location. Very easy to find. Maintained to the highest standard, very clean and well equipped. We felt very much at home and safe here with our children although the fact that it was a family vacation did stop me from playing golf (4 sets of clubs in garage). All the usual attractions are very close by ... Red Lobster, Applebees, Target, Walmart, Ellenton Outlet Mall. Supermarket shopping is very convenient too. AnnaMaria Island and the Gulf Beaches are very easily accessible and Tampa (Busch Gardens) is less than 50 miles away. Disney about 2 hours away is easily reachable on a day visit as are all the other parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the unusually cold spell mid week
