$130 flat rate cleaning fee for 1 night or 3 months, covers all linens & cleaning.
Pets okay with non refundable $300 deposit.
Monthly Rates: March-May $1600; June $2000; July-Aug. $3500; Sep $2000
July-August weekly rates: $1100 + $130 cleaning fee + Idaho tax.
Four night minimun July-August; Three night minimum June and Sept.

We are two Spokane, WA teachers with a son in elementary school. This is our second home, and we want you to be satisfied with everything about your stay, so please email us questions before you book. If our unit is not for you, we can provide you with information on a rental that better meets your needs. We contract with a local vacation rental company to guarantee that your stay is perfect.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint
Dover is close to Sandpoint, but far enough away to enjoy privacy, wilderness and wildlife. We wanted a place where our son would be safe to ride his bike, where we could enjoy walks where we could see wildlife, but could also easily drive or bike to Sandpoint and Schweitzer. We love watching the nesting osprey less than 200 feet from our deck, the geese, ducks, herons, beaver and muskrat swimming the pond, and being within walking distance to a heated outdoor pool, health club, grocery store, restaurant, jacuzzi, and the river.

Off season special--$160 a night Jan-May. $400 for three nights, plus $130 cleaning fee. Martin Luther King, Jr.Holiday weekend and Washington’s Birthday weekend available for this great three night rate.
