It is located in a private cul-de-sac off the Whistler Valley trail, just down from the Whistler Golf Club (Arnold Palmer course). Freshly painted with re-finished hardwood floors, all new carpeting throughout and new kitchen appliances. The centerpiece of the house is a huge granite fireplace in the heart of the warm beautiful living room. The large open kitchen looks across the dining room and living room to the spectacular view of Alta Lake and Rainbow Glacier.
Come relax in the hot tub on the large wrap-around patio looking over the lake or on your private lakeside dock. There is ice skating and x-country skiing on the lake in winter or canoeing and swimming in the summer (canoe and dingy provided).
The driveway is large enough for four cars. There is a one car garage with secure ski racks in the garage.

The Unique Benefits of this House
We built this home on the shores of Alta Lake because it offers all the fun of water sports (sailing, kayaking, swimming) in the summer and it is a 10 minute drive to the base of both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains for skiing and boarding in the winter. During the "off-season" we love to hike and ride bikes. Whistler mountain has an extensive and challenging mountain bike experience during the summer months. This location will provide you with peace and tranquillity away from the bustle of Whistler village (honeymooners love it) but easy access if you chose to join in the fun.
