Welcome to Casa Ohana (the family home), 3-bedroom (sleeps 9), 2.5-bath luxury 3000+ square foot home on 8 acres of unusually private and beautiful setting bordering the pristine and wild jungles of Escaleras Dominical.
Casa Ohana is perched high above the Pacific, with ever present sea breezes and sounds of surf crashing below. The beach (Playa Dominical) is just a 5-minute drive from the Home. This is one of the only residences in Escaleras that has ultimate privacy and extraordinary views of the jungle and sea below.
Casa Ohana contains the entertaining room (kitchen, dining, bar, and living room – open floor plan), which offers extraordinary views of the surrounding rainforest, a large terrace leads to a huge pool deck 2000 square feet perched out over the jungle canopy. Fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom, which contains a covered veranda, offers stunning views of the jungle canopy, ocean and sunset. The master bedroom takes up the half of second level of the home. The swimming pool and terrace and landscaped lawns and gardens are accessed from the first level.
Wildlife and tropical flowers abound on the property and in the surrounding rain forest. Monkeys, countless birds, and an occasional sloth are regular visitors to nearby trees and are easily spotted from the home, terraces and swimming pool.
The friendly staff provides full housekeeping and laundry services daily and will cook authentic Costa Rican dishes for you, or whatever you most enjoy. Fresh fish caught daily, quality meats and delicious tropical fruits are plentiful in the local markets.
