Cayman House offers a total quality vacation service to all guests and an exceptionally responsive family service. Cleanliness is of paramount concern and we are one of only a handful of vacation homes that provide a concierge "meet and greet" from our Management Company.
In Cayman House our guests come first and we go the extra mile. This can be seen in the way we handle every booking in a very professional manner, ensuring that nothing is left to chance and everything is done to make your vacation run as simply and smoothly as possible. All you and you fellow guests have to do is “ENJOY”.
A large number of our guests return to stay with us again and again so Cayman House does book up well in advance. We feel sure that when visiting Florida, what you want to experience is FLORIDA and that’s what Cayman House offers you.
Cayman House has an electronic door lock, so you don’t have to run around on your arrival, often after a long flight looking for a management company to supply you with keys. We just allocate you a security code for the duration of your stay.
The dining room is to your left with seating for 8. Ahead is the spacious open plan kitchen and a separate elegant lounge.
The kitchen has every possible modern appliance, including large American fridge freezer, large American cooker with built-in microwave and cooker hood, dishwasher, waste disposal, dual sinks, coffee maker, toaster, all the cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, dishes and glassware you will ever need. For bookings of 4 nights or more we also povide a COMPLIMENTARY welcome pack to get you started.
The lounge shares the large open plan with the kitchen and continues the large cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan to enhance the already vast open space to help you take time out and relax in this beautiful vacation home. The breakfast bar between the kitchen and the lounge is ideal for those impromptu snacks. With 3 separate Floridian style sofas, a 52" HD LCD TV, Blueray DVD, Sony Theater Surround Sound and PlayStation 3, there’s plenty of relaxing to do.
Enjoy our huge extended sundeck, spa and full width lanai. The peace and tranquility of the south facing, extended heated pool and spa, overlooking the dry retention pond with views over the orange groves and on to Disney, instills an overwhelming sense luxurious tranquility. With plenty of quality pool furniture for all your guests, you can make full use of the outdoor bar/summer kitchen complete with COMPLIMENTARY gas BBQ/grill (inc gas) built in to enjoy the Floridian al-fresco dining experience. The full width lanai allows those in your party that don’t want too much sun to lounge in the shade, yet still top-up their tan. At the end of an exhausting day at the theme parks, you can enjoy your favorite tipple whilst relaxing in the privacy and comfort of your own warm and soothing spa and watch the fireworks at Disney.
Cayman House has 5 luxurious, elegant bedrooms. There are 3 master en-suite bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs plus 2 further bedrooms upstairs that each have a set of bunk beds and a single bed. The 2 single bedrooms share the 4th bathroom so there’s no queuing when everyone needs to get ready.
Our first Master has a King sized bed, nightstands, dressing table, TV & DVD, large walk-in closet and a fabulous master en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, garden tub, separate walk-in shower and toilet.
Our second master has a Queen sized bed, nightstands, dressing table, TV & DVD, large wardrobe, a master en-suite bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
Our third master has a Queen sized bed, nightstands, dressing table, TV & DVD, walk-in closet, a master en-suite bathroom with sink, bath with shower over and toilet.
Our fourth & fifth bedrooms are both alike with a set of bunk beds plus a single bed, nightstands and plenty of drawer space. Both of these bedrooms share bathroom 4 with sink, bath with shower over, and toilet.
Why not take advantage of Hampton Lakes facilities. Only a short walk away are the on-site tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and the full sized communal swimming pool.
For the little ones - the two, close by and safely sited, ‘tot-lots’ are a really great facility, with swings and slides they are ideal for a little light relief.
Cayman House has a great peaceful location with south facing (sun ALL day) private 40’ x 40’ sundeck, larger than average extended heated pool and spa, stunning views over the orange groves from the pool deck to Disney. Not to mention our air-conditioned & fully equipped game room with full sized American pool table, competition foosball table, TV, hi-fi and furnished in the same Floridian furniture as the rest of the home continuing the wonderful Floridian style. This is not a “pool table in the garage makeover” as many are.
Cayman House is only 12 minutes drive from Disney’s theme parks minutes from several championship golf courses, a stone's throw away from Wal-Mart, Publix and many other shops and restaurants.
For the little ones in your party, we supply complimentary crib, high chair, baby listening device and stroller, to help make their stay, and yours a little easier.
We are sorry, but we don’t allow pets and Cayman House is strictly a NO SMOKING villa although smoking is allowed on the sundeck.

Owner Description
My wife Sue and I live in the leafy village of Wincham in Cheshire UK surrounded by fields and cows we have been maried for thirty years and have two grown up kids Nick and Samantha who is married to Mike.
My business for the past 26 years is in Telecommunications and Sue is a nursing assistant. The whole family adores Florida and the lifestyle and try to get out as often as we can. Our only problem is that Cayman House has become so popular we have had to stay in other villas at times!

When we saw your listing it said Awesome and I can now see why. You have obviously spent a lot of time and money to make your home different. The sundeck was so much bigger than the house we stayed in last time and we couldn't get the kids out of the pool. They also loved the bunks so they could be all in one bedroom. I just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome time at your vacation home and to thank you for letting us use it. Although we have been to Orlando many times this was our first time not staying in a hotel and you were right it was so easy and there is much more freedom. Graham & Gary met us on our arrival and showed us round and were very helpfl when we had a question about the spa. This is the fourth time we have stayed at your beautiful house and each time there is something different to the last time. The 52" HD TV is incredible especially with the Playstation on it. You should have seen the kids excitement, and I thought they had come to go to Disney. It was Andy's 40th whilst we were there and the family party on the deck was a memory I'll cherish for ever, even the neighbours joined it. Sorry about running into your post box not that used to driving in Florida but will obviously pay for a replacement. Can't wait till our next trip. Thanks a million. Hi Neil, I have no problem you requesting a testimonial from us because quite simply it was the best family holiday we have ever have and I even had the in-laws with me! Your villa was so suited to us as my brother-in law and his family came so the three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was ideal. Also having the bund beds meant not of our kids had to sleep on a sofa bed, which for 14 nights would have been a pain (literally). The villa was perfectly located and the days we spent at the villa with the pool bar, pool and jacuzzi were days I will remember forever. Even the morning when everyone got up early as there was a hissing noise outside was one I'll cherish as about ten massive air baloons took off in the field behind the villa and even though you told us to look out for them the sight is amazing so close up especially when one went right over us and we could wave and shout to the people in the basket. Sorry I could go on all day. Definitely want to come back and stay will you again I think it will be 2012 around the same time.Oh send my regards to Bill & Elaine your management company they were absolutely spot on. Sian

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation. Our grandkids had an awesome time and we all certainly enjoyed the pool at the house. The house was big enough for all of us.My daughter met Elaine from your Management Company and said she was very nice and helpful. We tried to make sure that the house was left as requested.

This villa is fantastic. Twelve of us stayed during November 2009, ourselves, children and six grandchildren. There was easily enough space for us all and the grand children loved the games room and pool. Our daughter got married whilst we were there and it was the perfect setting afterwards for a BBQ and pool party that we will all remember for a long time. The management service was excellent, welcoming us on the first day. When we did experience a slight problem with one of the pipes splitting for the swimming pool it was repaired and the pool topped up before we returned at the end of the day.
