    We absolutely loved your villa! It was everything we were hoping it would be. and more the photos don't do it justice how big it is. We all loved Hampton Lakes so clean and peaceful. Talking of clean you know I said I was paranoid about the villa being clean and you said "probably not as much as me" well it certianly passed my test and Graham from your management company was superb. Thanks for letting us use your villa and hope it won't be the last time.

    Awesome was the title that caught my eye in your advertising and awesome it was. The whole party really enjoyed your home! It is one of the nicest patio areas I have stayed in so private and plenty of furniture. My husband really liked the outside bar and fridge so he could get a cold beer without having to go inside! You have thought of everything. It is highly likely that I would like to return to your home in 2013 but I will send you an email.

    We absolutely loved your house! It was everything we were hoping it would be. The house is beautiful and is in a nice subdivision. It's great how close it is to super makets to pick items up. After having a busy day at Disney World it was wonderful to come back and be able to relax outside on the deck while the kids swam in the pool. Everyone loved the pool, and the covered porch. (By the way, we left some pool noodles, goggles and water wings at the house for your future guests to enjoy!) There were plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in, and lots of towels for showers and the pool. We had three families staying in the house, so it was great to be able to have a master en-suite for each family so that everyone could have some privacy. We were also impressed by the hot water tank in the house - there were a minimum of eight people having a shower every morning and no one had a cold shower! Thank you also for proving the baby package - they were perfect for young children and I'm sure your future guests will appreciate it as well

    Just a short email to say thank you, the villa was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. All enjoyed their stay and having two couples first timers to Florida, the location was dead right for the parks, 10 to 15 minutes in the car and your in Disney. Please be assured I will recommend the villa to others, and when I am planning the next trip with others I will be in touch again. Great communication, great Villa, great facilities ..........doesn't get better.

    I just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome time at your vacation home and to thank you for letting us use it. Although we have been to Orlando many times this was our first time not staying in a hotel and you were right it was so easy and there is much more freedom. Graham & Gary met us on our arrival and showed us round and were very helpfl when we had a question about the spa. I have already recommended you to our friends Alex and Elise who are taking their vacation in Florida next year. You should be getting an email from them soon.Once again thank you so much. God bless.     Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation. Our grandkids had an awesome time and we all certainly enjoyed the pool at the house. The house was big enough for all of us.My daughter met Elaine from your Management Company and said she was very nice and helpful. We tried to make sure that the house was left as requested.

    This is the fourth time we have stayed at your beautiful house and each time there is something different to the last time. The 52" HD TV is incredible especially with the Playstation on it. You should have seen the kids excitement, and I thought they had come to go to Disney. It was Andy's 40th whilst we were there and the family party on the deck was a memory I'll cherish for ever, even the neighbours joined it. Sorry about running into your post box not that used to driving in Florida but will obviously pay for a replacement. Can't wait till our next trip. Thanks a million.     Hello Neil. We are sorry for the delay but I hadn't opened my email since the day we arrived back. I want to communicate you that we had a wonderful and extremely pleasant time at Orlando and the Cayman House contributed to our satisfaction. The Cayman House you offered us is a place where you feel like home and you have all the necessary comforts for having the most memorable vacations of your life. We recommend the Cayman House for anyone who wishes to have comfortable rooms, be near all the Disney and universal parks, enjoy days at the pool, enjoy the living room with the family and of course wants the kids to have a game room.     Hi Neil, I have no problem you requesting a testimonial from us because quite simply it was the best family holiday we have ever have and I even had the in-laws with me! Your villa was so suited to us as my brother-in law and his family came so the three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was ideal. Also having the bund beds meant not of our kids had to sleep on a sofa bed, which for 14 nights would have been a pain (literally). The villa was perfectly located and the days we spent at the villa with the pool bar, pool and jacuzzi were days I will remember forever. Even the morning when everyone got up early as there was a hissing noise outside was one I'll cherish as about ten massive air baloons took off in the field behind the villa and even though you told us to look out for them the sight is amazing so close up especially when one went right over us and we could wave and shout to the people in the basket. Sorry I could go on all day. Definitely want to come back and stay will you again I think it will be 2012 around the same time.Oh send my regards to Bill & Elaine your management company they were absolutely spot on. Sian

    Best vacation ever! The house made all the difference and plenty of room for a party of 10. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room which allowed the adults time to relax. Easy access to Disney, Sea World and shopping. We'll definitely come back. Thanks. Kenneth New York, US.

    This was the second time staying at one of your villas. It was great. The house has more than a vacationing family could ask for and the weather was fantastic. The kids did enjoy the pool and the adults really loved the spa especially at night. We are already thinking of returning to this villa again next year. Thank you Helen & Michael, Canada.

    This villa is fantastic. Twelve of us stayed during November 2009, ourselves, children and six grandchildren. There was easily enough space for us all and the grand children loved the games room and pool. Our daughter got married whilst we were there and it was the perfect setting afterwards for a BBQ and pool party that we will all remember for a long time. The management service was excellent, welcoming us on the first day. When we did experience a slight problem with one of the pipes splitting for the swimming pool it was repaired and the pool topped up before we returned at the end of the day.
