This is a great treasure. The pictures are right on the money, which was/is a really good deal. This is a 2nd floor unit, and it was very quiet. You could hear families out by the pool only if you were outside. This unit is well taken care of and I would definitely stay here again. We ate delicious food at Harry's-great atmosphere-sit outside, Benedetta's-homemade Italian food, the World famous Oasis-great service, the restaurant in PizzaAlley in St Augustine also had very good food & service. We did a walking tour/Creepy Crawler that was a lot of fun. Adriana was an excellent tour guide. Visited the light house, but not enough time to go to the Ft. We will try to do this on our next trip. The beach is fabulous. Not too crowded, and a nice family atmosphere. We had a refreshing, relaxing time here. The parking lot is tight, but that is beyond the owner's control. Everything that we needed was provided! It was an added bonus to leave our beach chairs & boogie boards at home & use the ones there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Great food recommendations from the owners (the Cuban place in St. Augustine's is a must)! Enjoyed a fun day in St. Augustine shopping and checking out the sites. What a great town. But nothing could top our stay in the 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. The big, beautiful, white-powder, sandy beach is where we spent most of our time. Weather was gorgeous even though there was rain and hurricanes up & down the coast - we didn't receive a drop! We had a hard time dragging ourselves away from the sand & surf. This is THE PERFECT place to unwind. I'm sure we'll be back again.

We had a great stay at the condo - we're sorry to be home again! The condo is exceptionally well-equipped - absolutely everything we needed. Owners are super-friendly and accommodating, provided lots of information and a trouble-free rental. Condo complex is clean and well-maintained. Wednesday is lawn-mowing and maintenance day, so plan outings that day to avoid noise. The location was terrific - our kids spent long happy hours swimming and playing at the huge, quiet, powder-soft sandy beach and the pool, and chasing crabs and fish over on the inter-coastal side. Spectacular panorama view on the beach. About a minute's walk to the ocean (or 40 seconds at high tide!). Little shelling on the beach, but Ft. Matanzas preserve (east side) about five minutes south has more variety and larger shells. About 10 minute drive up the A1A for Winn-Dixie/Publix grocery shopping, another 10 minutes puts you right in the old city. Coin laundry right on site beside the pool - you can swim while your clothes are being washed. Full rack of tourist information and coupon books provided in the laundry area - a great help (though here's a tip: if you're interested in attractions, also visit the trolley stop sales booths in the old city; you can get generally get better prices there, even better than coupon-discounted rates. Rates even vary from trolley booth to trolley booth, so check in at a few before you buy). The St. Augustine area was really enjoyable - lots of nature walks and historical sites. Ft. Matanzas ferry ride and tour is free and fun; Alligator Farm is a don't-miss, full-day visit; St. Augustine Lighthouse is worth a visit - surprisingly large museum and gardens augment the adventure of climbing the staircase; Guana River reserve is a great value visit; Fountain of Youth area was interesting (though take care before drinking the sulphur water!); Castillo de San Marcos super-interesting - if you have kids, ask about the junior ranger program, and note that your admission gets you in for a week - not just the day - so you can have a return visit later on. If you're there on the first Friday of a month, don't miss the Art Crawl in town.

Top 5 Reasons Why Our Vacation Was Great..... 5. Beautiful Clean Condo and a great location. 4. Coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean every morning. 3. Long relaxing walks along the beach. 2. Fantastic Owners who make the renting process so easy. And the Number 1 Reason: 1. The only oil on the beach was suncreen. I highly recommend this place. We were 100% satisfied.

Every year we have family come down from up north so we always rent at Tradewinds. Summer 2009 we rented this unit and LOVED it. It had everything we needed. We even used the fishing gear. It was right near the stairs. A beautiful view (2nd floor) & just all around wonderful. We will be making this our annual reservation (& maybe more) with this unit.

We just spent an incredible week at this condo. It's a great location with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The owners were terrific in getting everything set up for us, and they certainly made our vacation easy. The condo has all of the amenities you could ask for, from a nicely furnished kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a wide assortment of beach and fishing gear.

Great condo and great owners!! We stayed for a week in mid March - 2 couples with plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the beach, old downtown St Augustine, local golf courses and much more!! Neighbors were very nice and helpful when we had questions. Scott the on-site manager was great too. The condo has everything that you need to have a terrific vacation!! I have additional pictures from the property/area if you are interested.

This is an awesome location! We stayed here for one week and totally enjoyed both the white sandy beach and the intracoastal where we fished and experienced beautiful sunsets. The condo is well stocked and even had other amenities like bocce and boogie boards. We were conveniently close to St. Augustine and several golf courses. We have already booked our vacation here for next year and can’t wait to come back.
