The Maui Banyan is one of the newest condominium complexes in Kihei. Our condo is located across the street from Kamaole Beach and Park II, which has been awarded one of Maui's best white sand beaches.
We are brand new Owners, and are taking great pride in our new home with a complete refresh. We have just painted and re-decorated throughout. All of our amenities are new, from the dishes and utensils, to the artwork on the walls, to the linens and comforter on the bed. We are very excited about our new look and think you will be too.
Our quiet, one bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps up to four people with a pillow top California king bed and queen sofa/sleeper in the living room. We feature a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi internet, washer and dryer in unit, linens/towels, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and countless small Island touches that will put you in the Aloha spirit. The ocean view lanai (deck) has a wonderful view of the ocean and gorgeous grounds.
Our unit is located on the 2nd floor in the highly desirable H building. The Maui Banyan complex is located just past the busier shopping districts of Kihei, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants and stores. We are also within 5 minutes drive of beautiful Wailea and the upscale Whaler’s Village shopping center.
The Maui Banyan features a manned lobby, concierge service for booking your outings, two pools plus Jacuzzis, outdoor barbecues, elevators, and a tennis court.
Kamaole Beach II is also situated within walking distance between 2 other world class beaches in Kamaole I and Kamaole III. The Kamaole beaches are all interconnected and feature long stretches of white sand, restrooms, and lifeguards. These beaches are perfect for sunset picnics, sunning, boogie boarding, swimming, and snorkeling...or just enjoying a view of the sparkling turquoise waters surrounding the tropical islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini.
The activity director in our lobby is available to assist you in booking endless fun, including: luaus, whale watching tours, sailing, horseback riding, snorkeling, golf, biking down a volcano, wine tasting, fishing, jet skiing, windsurfing, surfing, paddle boarding, etc…, etc…, etc…

We just got back from a weeks stay in Maui. We were there for my son's wedding along with a total of about 25 others... most all stayed at the Banyan. During the stay nearly everyone stopped by our condo. Absolutely everyone was awestruck at how beautiful ours was compared to the ones they were in. Like wise we visited most of the others and totally agree... Bill's was far and above the best. The unit is beautiful, the location is incredicle, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and swimming with sea turtles. The entire complex was immaculate, the people in the office extremely friendly and helpful. The instructions Bill provides with the unit makes the stay effortless. You can walk to any number of great places to eat and shop. One of our favorites was Cautro's, small, 12 tables... the food was amazing... especially the spicy Ahi nacho's. We have already started planning our return trip... of course we have to fit it in between all of our friends that now want to stay in Bill's.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

We just got back from a week at this Condo in Maui. It was perfect for the two of us. The inside was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and we ate most of our meals in the condo. Out by the pool they also have Gas BBQ Grills you can use! There was even some extras we weren't expecting. Beach Chairs, Boogie boards, and Snorkel gear. The location of the condo is really nice. It's across from the parking garage. You enter near the office and it is close to the elevator. It is close to the pool and close to the beach. We loved Kamole II. In the mornings the water is calm and snorkeling was good. I saw a turtle both times I snorkeled at Kamole II. The beach does get pretty windy in the afternoon but it dies down in the evenings. Kihei is a great location. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. We got a lot of great recommendations from the guest book. We really enjoyed our stay!

We wanted to say that our stay at Bill's home away from home, was wonderful, very comfortable, we found it as described.Bill was great giving us information.It is very convenient to get to the beach, Kamole 2., handy to the little strip malls, lunch places and wonderful restaurants,and a health food store.We loved strolling among the beaches, miles to enjoy. We went to a Luau at the Wailea Beach Marriot, which was very close, we drove the road to Hana, which is an amazing adventure, and up country, we loved the Maui Ocean Centre in Ma'alaea, we also went to Haleakala National park.We drove the west side and loved Lahaina, the Banyan tree is truly amazing. It was wonderful to watch the surfers at Ho'okipa beach.We explored numerous beaches all over the island.We also did the snorkelling tour to Molokini, which is lots of fun.We plan to come back, enjoy the beaches and do lots of snorkelling. We love Maui, and we recommend this property.Aloha

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo unit. It has the amenities and comfort of home (away from home). The location of this unit is excellent, only 2 flights of stairs, close to the elevator, the stairs, and beach. The entire condo building was very quite and very well maintained. We would definitely consider coming back to this unit. Thank you to Bill for his prompt replies and accomodating our request.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was recently remodeled, clean and well-equipped. We have stayed at the Maui Banyan previously, and found that some units are not as well equipped with dishes and cooking items as others. The bar-b-ques available for use are excellent. Building H is a great location - close to the pool and a short walk to the beach! We loved everything - thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with us. We had a great time in Maui. Everything was perfect starting right from Bill's helpfulness with setting up our reservations. The condo was just as it looked on the website which we appreciated as there were no surprises when we arrived. It was the perfect location for beaches, shopping and eating.
