Off Southwood Boulevard on a quiet cul-de-sac, our townhouse has a recently renovated kitchen and a new patio decking with a propane barbecue. Our second floor deck has a view of the patio and surrounding wooded area. There is a king-sized bed in the first floor master bedroom that opens onto the patio. Next to the master bedroom is a full bath. The other first floor bedroom has a pair of twin beds.
A full sized washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Upstairs is our recently remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room with a free-standing fireplace, full bathroom, and third bedroom with two twin beds. We have two futon mattresses stored in the closets which can sleep two more people on the floor. The condo sleeps a maximum of eight, six in beds, two on futon mattresses.
Our townhouse has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It has a TV and DVD/CD stereo system, board games in the living room and a TV with DVD in the master bedroom. For those who need to stay in touch, we have a secure wireless high speed Internet system.
The kitchen opens, to the living room/dining area with table for 6 adults and bar seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet cook. Our townhouse is centrally located to 6 major ski resorts. In the winter, the bus to Diamond Peak, a terrific family resort, stops at the exit of our complex on Southwood Boulevard.
However, Diamond Peak is only a 5 minute car ride away. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Mt. Rose Ski Resorts are only 30 minutes away by car. NorthStar and Heavenly Valley only 40 minutes away to the west and south respectively.
We are two blocks from Lake Tahoe and the private Incline Village, and park and Burnt Cedar Beach and swimming pool. A beach, grassy areas, barbecues, children's playstructure, beach or grass volleyball and picnic tables are there for your enjoyment. The water-ski beach is just down the road where you can launch your ski boat. The Hyatt Regency Casino, Raley’s super market, Incline Bowl, move theater and many gourmet restaurants are two blocks away.
Gambling and entertainment at South Lake Tahoe or Reno is a 30 to 40 minute ride away. We have year round activities and child care plus an Olympic sized indoor swimming pool and fully equipped gymnasium at our new Recreational Center just a few blocks away. There you will find organized swimming and tennis lessons as well as a multitude of classes from water aerobics to yoga classes.
