This is a wonderful two bedroom, two bath - Queens Grant Condo, located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort. This is a full size unit with over 1400 square feet of living space (unlike others you will find that are just over 1000 sq ft. So make sure you are comparing apples to apples). This unit has been completely remodeled with all new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances, all new high end furnishings, flooring and interior paint.
This is a fabulous unit with an open single level floor plan that is great for entertaining as well as relaxing. There is a huge back deck that overlooks the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the unit is located right on the beach path. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away or you can call the free shuttle service to take you anywhere within the plantation. So, once you arrive you never have to get back in your car again!

I really loved everything about this place--the ample size for our family, the kitchen stocked with every tool we needed, the closet full of beach chairs and toys, the shady pool just steps away... Becky, the property manager was AWESOME. I highly, highly recommend this unit!

Villa (Condo) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Large enough so that it became the gathering place for our family. It was well-supplied and in a nice location. It looked out onto a driving range, not the actual course. That really made no difference to us. We enjoyed our stay enough to want to come back in a couple years for another family reunion. Our doughter, Beth, and her husband come here a couple times a year as they own time share at Mariott Surfside.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The first week,we had some problems with big bugs ,but I think it was because they didn't pick up the garbage from the people they stay before us,then we had a problem with the kitchen sinck ,but Becky was great and send some one over and fix it.But overall ,we had great time,we whent with the bikes on the golf course after 7pm ,we went to Disney Beach and they have 2 nice pools very close by.It was clean the place and I left it clean .So if you going with kids and you don't look for luxury then you will have a fine time there.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I stayed at this property in the summer of 2008. It was beautiful and clean. The living room/dining room area is huge. The kichen is large, large enough to actually cook in it! Having two full, clean bathrooms was fantastic. The patio overlooking the driving range was a great place for dinner, or to just have afternoon drinks. The location of the property within the resort was great as well. Two pools are a short walk away. The golf clubhouse was a short walk away. The resort store is just a short walk away. They have breakfast and lunch cooked daily, as well as other items you made need to purchase. The beach is a bit longer of a walk, but quite feasible. The resort also has great bike trails. The resort marina is a short walk/drive away. There is a mall and grocery store nearby. I absolutely loved this property and will definitely return!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
