After a number of trips to the Phoenix area, I fell in love with the Val Vista Lakes Community and decided to buy a property in the area. As a Canadian resident, I am unable to live here all year round. I therefore have decided to rent it out to cover some of my costs. My wife is an Interior Designer. She has taken great care to make this place a great place to live. Hopefully you will enjoy the amenities and your stay and tell your friends.
