We chose Phoenix because of it's warm weather, availability of a variety of interesting and challenging golf courses, easy access to Calgary and the variety of sporting events, restuarants and shopping in the Greater Phoenix area.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We selected the Val Vista Lakes community because of it's easy access to airports, shopping and golf courses. It is a quiet well groomed community with access to a community center with a lake, pool, hot tube, gym, racketball and tenis courts. It is relaxing sitting out on the patio, reading a book or having a glass of wine while cooking a steak. It is a totally private space.
