Our home is a beautifully designed 2 bedroom, 2 bath room with great room and open kitchen...all one level. The pictures will tell all.
The garage is great if you are driving to this location. You can visit many historic towns nearby or you can take it easy every day enjoying the good life of swimming, golf, tennis, eating out, walking, going to the movies, shopping..or just meeting people in our community. There is a billiards room in the square and there is something going on all the time...even karaoke for ages 55-on up.

My husband and I are 59 years old and we find Sun City to be a great place to be to enjoy organized activities. It is one thing to want to find things to do but another thing to have them right at your fingertips...with people just like you there to join in. Everyone here is hungry to be a friend and to always be planning a get-together if you want to make the most out of your retirement.
Why the Owner Chose Sun City
Not only are the retired here but their kids and grand kids visit and keep the whole place full of excitement...it is a very family oriented place to be and very affordable. Everything is so new and all the ammenities are so state of the art. There are regulations that keep everyone's properties so neat and attractive.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
I really love bike riding...all the roads are flat and the paths lead in through the trees and around the golf courses...or you just ride through all the neighborhoods and speak to everyone if you are a people person. Also, there are so many man made lagoons throughout....you never tire of seeing the wildlife...birds, racoons, deer,alligators. We also love walking...everyone here walks the many paths, especially the Nature Trail. The new Music Theater built by the residents offers many shows available throughout the year. A new Food Lion offers fast access for it is on the property, also.
Then off the property we love going to Folly Beach about 25 minutes onto Hilton Head island. We can rent whatever we need there...umbrellas or bikes or take them in our car. We love finding new, exciting places to eat with our friends and there are sooo many. The Sea Turtle complex with 12 movie theaters and shops out our back gate is not even 2 miles away. If you like sports..swimming, golfing, fishing, tennis, softball, dancing, whatever..you can get it all right in Sun City...you don't even have to go outside the property..this we love...and it can be casual or whatever the occasion calls for. Every kind of person and personality is here to meet.
