Spectacular Location! Direct waterfront, year-round, furnished home with it's own private beach directly on beautiful Long Island Sound. Four(4) bedrooms, two (2) baths, open floor plan, covered rear porch and fifty(50)foot long deck at the first floor level (with awnings) overlooking the beach and breathtaking ocean views.
Parking for as many as 10 cars in the paved driveway and there is a grass rear yard with patio. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill on the deck and two (2) televisions with cable TV.
Great for boating, jetskis, water sports, and fishing. There is a boat ramp nearby. Roped off swim area for children.
Old Saybrook, CT is a quaint historical town at the mouth of the Connecticut River in Southern Connecticut with a scenic main street, parks, marinas and public beaches. Internet access at the public library, outlet shopping, fine restaurants, movies and casinos are nearby.
