Casa Abuelito is a beautiful two bedroom home, in the Las Tunas neighborhood, just north of Todos Santos. It sits on a half acre, at the end of a cul-de-sac, a short walk from the Pacific Ocean. This is a lovely, quiet get-away for adults. La Pastora surf break is a mile north, the town a mile and a half south, and all the privacy in the world in your back yard.
The living room and kitchen are one large great room space, with a picture window to the west to enjoy the sunsets and a view of the water in the distance, through the palms. The kitchen window to the east captures sunrise and looming mountain views.
The Master suite is generous, with a walk-in closet, and a view window to the desert and ocean beyond. The master bath features double sink, side-by-side tub and shower, all in marble and lots of light.
The second bedroom is on the east side of the house, with beautiful views of the Sierra La Laguna mountains and the sunrise. It has a detached bath with tumbled stone shower.
A utility room with lots of storage serves as the transition to an entrance off the car port. There is interior dining, and a partially covered patio on the west side of the house, for dining and sunning in private. Stairs to the roof access a huge viewing deck of both mountains and ocean, and private sunbathing.
Internet service is provided via 3-G cellular reciever. There is no TV and no phone; bring your laptop. Auxiliary speakers are provided for computers and ipods, mp3 player... The house has back-up water storage and a pressure pump, and underground electric service.
Maid service available and very reasonable.
Come enjoy the quite side of TS, close enough to town, but without the noise, a short walk to the beach, and nice walk to La Pastora surf break. The comfort of home from which to explore the Baja.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
NEW RATES: Rental is for a maximum of 4 persons.
$120/night, $600/week, $1,000/month NO extra charges for tax, etc.
A 50% deposit is required for reservation and is non-refundable.
A $500 cash security deposit is due upon arrival.
3-6 month rentals available at special rates.
July, Aug, Sept, Oct rentals will have air conditioning.
