This Multi-Million dollar luxury home with South Beach Ocean Views!
A stroll to the beach or a short ride on the bike path into the town of Edgartown is all yours from this expansive, luxury appointed home. This home has everything that you your family and friends could possibly need for spectacular Vineyard experience. This designer decorated Colonial Revival is within walking distance to South Beach, The Winnetu Resort, harbor and restaurants.
On the main level there is a large gourmet kitchen along with a dining room area that sits 14 and a family room that is graced with a towering ceiling of vintage wood beams. The media Veranda room is surrounded with large picture windows and has a private wine cellar. There is also a large guest suite with its own deck overlooking South Beach. The main deck boasts a table setting for 14, a spiral staircase that spins you down to the 1st level. The deck is very large and looks over a large flat grass area that can be set-up as a soccer field, volleyball court or is perfect for a game of crochet.
The upper level is the private master retreat with a private deck, walk-in closet and full luxury bath.
We now have three large bedroooms on the first level. Two of the rooms include two queens in each. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, in total four twin beds. It currently sleeps 16 comfortably.
We are finishing up the guest quarters that icludes a full suite with kitchenette. It has two bedrooms. One room with a king-size bed and a second room with full bath and queen-size bed.
We are also adding a sauna, outdoor fireplace, pool and jacuzzi that will be completed by June 2010.
We also have a large, private, exterior shower that is perfect for two. No need to rent bikes we have them in every shape and size.
We also own several condos within walking distance of this home and is part of the Mattakesett Resort that could be reserved for the overflow of guests. They boast three bedrooms and a large loft.
