Our new vacation villa is located in the gated Weston Hills executive community, located minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Weston Hills' community recreation facilities feature two adult swimming pools, children’s water attraction and playground, a recreation center, along with volleyball and basketball courts. Nearby are a full range of shopping facilities including supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, and take-outs. Our home is located on a quiet street with a view of the surrounding countryside and orange groves.

Our villa home is tastefully decorated and contains everything you’ll need for a memorable vacation experience (see the "Amenities" summary following). Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms with queen beds in each, as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a full private en-suite bathroom within the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room entertainment unit includes satellite TV, VHS and DVD video recorder, and CD/cassette/AM/FM player. The master bedroom includes a satellite TV and VHS.

The kitchen, master Bedroom, and one other bedroom look out over the west-facing screened pool and spa area including covered lanai and pool furniture for sunbathing or outside dining. A wood fence, for greater privacy surrounds the yard.

Your vacation home includes lots of closets and dressers for making yourself "at home." Full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use. After spending your day at one of Orlando’s many attractions, we are confident that you will find our villa to be a pleasant oasis at the end of your day. We are confident that you will be happy you chose our place as your "home base" for a memorable vacation in Central Florida.
