Our family of 4 had a wonderful 3-night stay in this beautiful villa in October 2011! The listing and photos of the property are accurate (actually it's more luxurious when you see it in person!). It is very clean and well-maintained and the owner was very easy to get in touch with regarding questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to family, friends and anyone out there looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay while visiting Orlando. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and lots of towels and linens (I loved how some of the towels were shaped like swans and placed on the beds, reminded me of a cruise I took many years ago). The building is located near an entrance which is great when popping out to the grocery store (which is only a couple of minutes away). It is a short walk to the water park which my kids and I enjoyed one day while my husband golfed. The water park and the golf courses are gorgeous and well maintained, just like everything else at Reunion. If you venture off the premises to Walt Disney World or any of the other parks, you will find that you are not that far away which is great. I know it can be overwhelming researching accommodations and trying to make a decision on what's best for you and your family. We have rented privately quite a few times now and want you to know that you are making the right choice if you choose this condo. Marc was very responsive to my e-mails and phone calls and his management company was also great. My deposit was returned promptly as promised. Thanks again Marc! We had a great time!

My family and I rented this unit for a month this past year. We had previously rented at Reunion for a number of years, but this was just the second time we had rented directly through the owner. Marc was an absolute professional who went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possble. He was always available on phone or e-mail whenever we had a question. The property was much better than it appears in photos. It is a corner unit with so much light and the owner maticulously maintains the property. The property is located in the Villa North which is a very quiet, peaceful area of the resort. We look forward to the opportunity to rent this property again in the future.

Beautiful apartment!!!....... everything was very clean with a exquisitive decoration, the colors selected really makes a big difference, you felt a very fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The waterpark was spectacular, my kids love it.... the owner was very nicel, reasonable and professional. We felt very happy with the selection, the property is really, really beautiful with a relaxing view.....we definitely recommend it.

We just returned from a 12 day stay in this beautiful villa. It was everything we were hoping for and more. My family and I have used VRBO for years, always with wonderful results but this condo surpassed every expectation! Selling high end real estate for a living leaves me uneasily impressed and a bit picky, I must confess. However, we found only the finest appointments, from the linens, to the decor, this villa is absolutely gorgeous! We spent most of our time at "the Parks" beacuse we had seven day passes. Next time we'll plan on spending more time enjoying the luxury this home and Reunion have to offer. The water park at Reunion is fabulous...my kids LOVED it! The lazy river is great for relaxing the day away. The location offers quick and easy acess to Disney however you'd never know it once inside the gates. It is quiet, peaceful and beautifully maintained. My husband is an avid golfer and said the courses were in great shape. The owner, Marc checked on us during our stay to confirm that we had everything we needed. He was very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Go ahead....Book it! You won't be sorry...except when you have to leave:)

My family of four just returned from staying in this beautiful villa two weeks ago. The pictures do not give it justice!! It is professionally decorated with only the finest furniture, linens, appliances, etc. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided. The patio and view of the golf course is great; we had dinner on the balcony several nights. Everything is first class!! The owner is extremely nice and a pleasure to rent from. The water park is a blast; it's like a theme park w/in walking distance. Disney is only a short drive from the villa. We will only stay here on our future visits to Orlando:))

We stayed at Marc's condo Feb 14-20, 2011. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is Very well decorated and furnished. HIgh end electronics and linens that you don't expect in a rental. The location is great, quiet, but close to the water park, and easy to get to,find, park etc... Reunion is a fine destination vacation, a nice area to take walks etc. The golf is first rate (but a bit pricy). The Disney parks are very close and easy to get to. The owner was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. We wish we had more friends as it was just two of us and there is really 3 master suites! We went into the town of Celebration for dinner 3 nights, good restaurants and a nice town to walk about. We would recommend this VRBO to everyone. Michael & Amy

I had given my husband a 4 day golf trip to Reunion as a Christmas gift. It was our first time at Reunion and we were not disappointed. The resort is very upscale and beautiful, golf courses are challenging and fun. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The Pro Shop, unlike others we've seen, had very stylish golf apparel. The condo indeed exceeded our expectations. The furnishings, linens, appliances, etc. are all top-of-line. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We only used the master bedroom and can say the king bed was very comfortable. We arrived late at night and had no difficulty accessing the unit. The buildings are well-lit and seem very secure.The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks again, Marc.

We stayed here for 3 nights over Mother's Day weekend. The owner was super nice and very easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable considering how nice the condo and community are. Great condo, spacious, nicely furnished and well-stocked, comfortable beds. It was a great place to stay for our small family gathering - 3 bedrooms each with their own in-suite bathroom. Nice to sit out on the balcony in the evenings - even during the hot days it was comfortable outside in the evenings, and very peaceful. Reunion community has 3 really nice golf courses, and a fun water park area. About a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. We were very pleased and hope to stay there again soon!
