Ocean views were amazing! Yes, pool deck sun is gone by mid afternoon but you have a great beach to make up for it. Road noise and Senor Frogs across street can be heard at night from both bedrooms since they back up to lagoon side. Workout room with steam unit was nice. Massages on beach or in spa were cheap. Pool bar staff was very friendly but beware if you are ordering mixed drinks. One of the two vodka bottles was water not vodka and we saw others also asking server to make stiffer. All in all, would recommend staying at this unit and I feel like we got a good deal from owner.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

We stayed for a week and found the condo to be better than advertised. The condo was clean and bright and with balconies on both the ocean and lagoon side we were treated to beautiful sunsets and sunrises (had we gotten up early enough). Conveniently located with access to shopping, nightlife and tours. We used the buses and found them very convenient. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the management team was very helpful to us. The pool area was nice but do your sunbathing early as the building casts a shadow over the pool in the early afternoon. Beach was fantastic, easy to access and the weekend bar service was a bonus. We would stay here again.

First class accommodations! Beautiful condo that is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The beach was awesome and the staff were some of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Condo is nicely decorated, very clean with modern appliances and fixtures. We had 2 adults & 2 children and had plenty of room. Washer and dryer was super handy so pack lite! By the way the water pressure in the shower was incredible. The owners have very nice people working for them. Thanx Richard and good luck with your new endeavors.

Hi Faust. We returned from Cancun last night and had a fantastic time.
