Welcome to the Lake! Our luxury 1,500 square foot condo is the ultimate in lake getaways! Located on the 12 mile-marker of the Big Niangua arm, you are in the calmest waters at the lake. Perfect for skiing, tubing and coving out!
Our three bedroom, two bathroom condo is newly renovated and ready for you and your guests to enjoy. The condo features a full Gourmet Kitchen, complete with Kitchen Aid Range and Oven, Microwave Oven, Gourmet Ice Machine, Kitchen Aid Dishwasher, and huge Freezer and Refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with Gourmet Cookware, Utensils, Wusthof Knives, and service for ten people. Also, there is a new Weber Gas Grill located on the deck.
The Living Room features a Leather Couch, Leather Chairs, and many other unique pieces. The room is finished off with a 50" LG High Definition TV complete with Bose Sound System, DVD Player and a pre-wired HDMI and Component outlet perfect for hooking up your Game Systems!!! We also have Wireless Internet ready to go! The sliding glass door leads you out to the massive deck complete with grill, table and chairs and Tommy Bahama chaise lounges and chairs along with a fantastic view of the lake.
The Three Bedrooms are the ultimate in luxury, complete with Ralph Lauren Bedding and Linens, 28" LCD TV's with Built-in DVD Players, ELFA Closet Systems and a great view! The master bedroom feature a Queen Bed, Armoire, Chair, Walk-in Closet and Bathroom. The master bath is equipped with a shower, jetted tub, Ralph Lauren towels, soap and shampoo. Looking out of the glass sliding door and windows is a great view of the lake, enjoyed from inside or outside on the deck.
The second bedroom contains a Queen Bed, Chair, Dresser, TV/DVD with cable and closet. The second bedroom also has a fantastic view of the lake with access to the deck. The third bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, chair, TV/DVD with cable and closet. Both the second and third bedrooms use the second bath, equipped with a shower/bath, which is also stocked with RL towels and soaps. Inflatable Mattresses are available upon request.
The Unit has plenty of storage for any bags you bring and things you may acquire while visiting. There is also a huge pantry to store any food items. We provide a few basic food items, coffee, sugar, cream, spices, etc. The unit has a new LG steam washer and dryer along with HE detergent.
Amenities at Cedar Glen include 2 pools (heated and non-heated, fishing off of the docks, kid's gated park play area, basketball goal, and plenty of grassy area to play tag, football, etc. Cedar Glen is located 5 minutes from Camdenton and 15 minutes from Osage Beach/Lake Ozark, both which house plenty of shopping, dining, golfing, spas, movies, anything and everything you could want. Right across the street from Cedar Glen are 2 great golf courses, Old Kinderhook Country Club and Lake Valley Country Club.
Pets are Not Allowed to be brought or kept by any renters per the Cedar Glen Homeowners Association Rules.

Thanks for looking at our Condo. We are the Hayes Family, from Springfield, Missouri. Lake of the Ozarks is a great place to escape and relax. For us, that may be by hanging out in the condo, going shopping at the Osage Outlet Mall, escaping to one of the lakes award winning restaurants, such as the Blue Heron, Dominico's, or Yankee Peddlers, just to name a few. Boating is also one of our favorite weekend activities. The waters around the condo are clean and perfect for tubing, skiing, or coving out at HaHa Tonka State Park. You can also dock at the park, and go for a great hike on the trails and explore the remains of the burnt castle. Cave View Marina is just 2/10 of a mile up the lake with fuel, oil, pump-out and water services along with fresh custards, snow cones and other hot day treats. Just up the lake are many lakeside restaurants and bars with live music and other activities going on during all hours of the day and night. Just boat up and hang out. We find all of the people at Cedar Glen to be some of the friendliness people you will ever meet. People are making it a yearly tradition to come stay at the lake. We hope you will come, stay, and make it a family tradition as well. If you want to bring others with you, or have a family reunion here, just ask us, we have additional condos for rent. This is a "steal" at the price they charge and the place should be double that. Awesome place right on the water and close access to wonderful golf courses. I plan on staying here again in the near future.

Once upon a time, 6 girls went on a golf trip to Lake Valley. We stayed in this beautiful condo! It had all the amenities anyone could want. The kitchen was so beautiful, and included a special ice machine, so we were not making 3 trips a day for ice. The beds were very comfy....the deck was very large and the dock was handy...one of our girls jumped in the lake, but I won't mention her name. Anyway.....this is a fabulous place to stay, and the owners are delightful to work with. There are no stairs which was important to us. Highly recommend. You won't find a nicer condo anywhere. Lynn

The pictures do not do the condo justice. This is the best place on the lake to stay. If you want to be more comfortable than you are at home. Not enough stars loved the place. The owners go out of there way see ya next year. .
