- The Meadow Ridge Neighborhood has a Recreation Center with fitness room, year-round outdoor pool and hot tub. The laundry is located at the center as well. The condo unit is a short 1 - 2 minute walk to the Recreation Center. Card Access will be provided to use the facilities.
- The condo is conveniently located on the bus route.
- For the alpine skiing / snow boarding enthusiasts; this unit is great for those who want to experience the Winter Park - Mary Jane Resort. For cross country skiers, Devil's Thumb Ranch is a 10 - 15 minute drive.
