Site #M42- Great location. The house is located a block from the Ocean Lakes store, snack bar,family entertainment area, along with wifi computer access at the snack bar. The beach is within walking distance. The house is 3 years old and kept up nicely.
Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with refrigerator with ice maker.
Stove, Microwave,Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, crock pot, and toaster oven. All utensils, cookware, plates and etc. are supplied. Breakfast bar sits 2 and dining table sits 4. We have two patio sets, one on the upper deck,which sits 6 and the downstair patio set will sit 4. You would do your grilling on the charcoal grill downstairs. The upper deck has a safety gate to prevent children from going down the steps.
Bed/Bath: Sleeps up to 8 people. Master bedroom has king size bed, two full size beds in other rooms, with two shower/baths,and flat screen tv's in every room. We also have a queen sofa bed.
All rooms have flat screen tv's. Dvd player only in livingroom.
$200 for house and $200 golf cart security deposit, this is refunded within 14 days after you stay if the house is left clean and NO damage is done to either house or golf cart!
You can have your house cleaned for extra $.
