The house is very spacious, clean, and is located in a great spot in the campground as it is close to everything. Peggy was great to work with and emailed me back quickly each time. We had beautiful weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative apsect of our trip was having to leave. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful vacation in this VERY CLEAN, comfortable home

This house was perfect for our family of six. Some of the things our family loved about staying here: -Location (within walking distance to pool, beach, mini-golf, store, etc. -VERY clean, modern and has 4 flat screen TV’s. Everyone was able to watch what they wanted! -Kitchen is large with lots of countertop space to prepare meals and kitchen is VERY well equipped with utensils, cookware and storage containers. -Lots of seating in the living room. Sectional sofa is a great use of space. -The deck is large (has ceiling fans) and is both covered and uncovered! Our family enjoyed eating meals and relaxing both day and night on the deck. -Every bedroom has two storage dressers for clothes. -With a tall spouse, the king size bed in the master is a big plus!!! -This is one of the best floor plans we have seen Ocean Lakes. Very open (high ceilings), but intimate. -Showers are large. We have rented homes for the past 5 years in Ocean Lakes and we wish we had found this home sooner!! We like to stay in either Section L or M because we end up walking everywhere since golf carts rent for over $300 a week. This home is within walking distance to all the amenities; however a big draw for us was that it came with a golf cart!! We would highly recommend you rent this home! Great value! The listing accurately describes this house!! The owners are very nice and friendly and are responsive to all questions. They have a lovely home that they graciously open up for others. Rent and enjoy!!

not what I expected for the price

this was a very pricey shack for the price, the pictures make this place look a lot larger than it is , the master bedroom is barely big enough for two people to stand in and each one of the other rooms barely hold the bed. This place would be very crowded for 6 people much less 8. The dryer broke the second day we were there and had to end up using the laundry ammenities at Ocean Lakes. The place was clean when we got there and was clean when we left even though they thought it necessary to keep 100 dollars of our deposit to sweep some sand from around the front door after we mopped, pick up a q-tip that was left in one bathroom and also a toothpick, the mattress protectors needed to be washed because we had no access to wash and dry them because of the dryer that they knew was going bad because of the god awful sound it was making the two days that it did work and also there was a chord that was not plugged back into there golf cart and for all this they kept 100 dollars. Also anyone that does not have very good parking skills would never make it into this place to park , I had to do a 5 pt turn just to be able to back into the parking space. We have rented other places in Ocean Lakes and had plenty of kitchen utinsels and appliances and this place had barely enough to get by and even though they are flat screen tv's, they are very small. No storage space or closet space anywhere. All in all I would not recomend this place to rent , there is much better places to rent at a better price that will ultimately make your stay at Ocean Lakes a happy one .

Owner response: I would like to respond to the comments about my house and the description of my house. The pictures online are exactly the way it looks, minus a quilt. Each room has enough space to walk around each bed. There is enough closet and storage space for a family who is staying a week in the house. Next, I would like to discuss the dryer. Equipment does break down unexpectedly. The owner should of been contacted immediately to make arrangements to have it repaired. To respond to the parking issues-all parking is tight when parking under a house in Ocean Lakes with the roads being narrow. There is abundance of kitchen utensil (for 10-15 people). The appliances that are listed on the vrbo website are accurate. The sleeping arrangements in my house are made for 6-8 people, at least 2 in a bed and using the sleeper couch. The flat screen TV's are in every room. The size should not matter. My house is a clean house for my renters. I do not expect the house to be perfect when the renters clean, but, I should not find things under beds, on the floor, under the couch. I want all my renters to be happy and satisfied when you stay at my house!

We loved staying in this beautiful beach home. The upper deck was wonderful at night, I spent late evenings with my Grandbaby on the lounge chair and it was so peaceful you could hear the ocean, the deck is also wonderful for your morning coffee or an evening meal. The house is very nice and very clean! We were very pleased with everything!!

The house is in excellent condition.....beautifully decorated.....close to everything.....can watch fireworks from porch......can walk to fish with little ones......golf cart is a plus.....we will definetly stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family!!!!!!
