Why the Owner Chose Marbella
My late husband had the chance to buy the perfect land so close to the town-center of Marbella to construct several villas (one floor,no steps)and planned also the beautiful exotic gardens of 1200m2 to 4000m2.Plots not to find anymore.! Casa Benty is constructed into the middle of his Pavona Real gardens.So no noisy road disturbs.For me it is the best location of Marbella,as the old Prince Hohenlohe,founder of the famous Club Hotel said to my husband.It is in walking distance to sport (tennis,squash,football,golf,childrens playground),5min.walk to shops,bank,bars,restaurants,10min.to the famous old town,all the sandy beaches with the Paseo Maritimo for walks.
Here we have the best climate in Marbella.You do not need a car,if not wished
I am Interior Architect and casa Benty is practical,cosy,and you will find everything necessary from morning grown to soaps,champoos etc.We want to have it elegant,but easy going and well kept.

The benefits are great,as casa Benty really is a place to relax,there are books, in 4 languages,the nearly tropical colourful garden is full of flowers and oranges,lemons,mandarins for the winter.
The maid is helpful and kind ,used to guests since many successful years.
The winter time can be used to explore famous Andalusia with all its culture and history since thousands of years.Specially to see are the villages and towns with Arabian architecture like Sevilla,Cordoba,Malaga,Granada
the summer is reserved for the sea and beaches or you enjoy the sunbeds and the pool in the private garden with the view to Africa,Gibraltar and the Concha mountain.
You will find all commodities,a kitchen to cook and bake in,a BBQ on the covered sea-facing terrace.It is just a paradise!

My family and I (6 adults) recently stayed at Casa Benty for a week (May 2011) and we had a great experience. The home is comfortable, clean, very private/safe and ideally located (walking distance from the old city, shopping, beach, restaurants, bars, etc.). The maid comes daily and was a pleasure to deal with. The gardens are gorgeous and carefully manicured, with a lovely view of the ocean. The home has all amenities that you could possibly need (from towels, linens, kitchen ware, cooking accoutrements, wireless internet, satellite tv, etc.). The owner of the property was very pleasant, easily accessible to answer all questions and promptly returned the security deposit. I highly recommend this home.

We stayed at Casa Benty in April, 2011. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, very comfortable --- and best of all, no stairs! The garden is big and lush and has a view of Gibraltar. We chose this house for its perfect location --- walking distance to the town of Marbella and only 5 kms from Puerto Banus. Would also like to say how great Marbella is --- more beautiful and liveable than ever. Thank you, Princess Viktoria, for providing a perfect holiday hideaway!

Four or us rented Casa Benty for eight days in early May 2010. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The owner was was very helpful in answering all of our questions before we left the US. Upon arrival we were delighted to find that Casa Benty met all of our expectations. The home was tastefully decorated, equipped with all necessary amenities and well located to enjoy all the pleasures of Marbella. Maria, the maid, was accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend this property. \
