Owner Description
Rick, my husband, and I adore the time we get to spend on the Rainbow River. It is our hope that others will be able to add memories of the Rainbow River to their lives the way we have added Rainbow River memories to our lives. The property has been in our family since the 1960's. When I was a child we spent our summers at "the river house." You would be amazed at how the house has changed since the 1960's when my father first purchased it. My father, Dalton Newton, completed extensive renovations on the house in the 1970's. Most of the renovations were done by his own hand. There are only a few pictures and old memories of the house back then. Friends and relatives have enjoyed many years of summer fun on the Rainbow River and it is our hope that others can enjoy the property, as well.
