WE CARE ABOUT OUR PLACE! For the 2010 season, we provide: no charge long distance calls anywhere in U.S. & Canada; a high-speed Internet connection; a 37" flat-panel Toshiba TV in living room; new Samsung front loading washer and dryer; beach chairs/umbrellas/toys & beach wagon; and other.
This 3-bedroom semi-detached home is situated in a condominium complex located just across the street from the Gulf-front beaches (less than 600 feet to water). Lush tropical vegetation, quiet and friendly secluded atmosphere, privacy and tropical charm. On a private drive/circle, away from street traffic, safe for children, with a fair size heated swimming pool within the condominium complex.
The villa is furnished with tropical (rattan, wicker) furniture which offers light and airy atmosphere. The main floor features an open-space living/dining/kitchen area, with an attached master bedroom & bathroom. The two other bedrooms & second bathroom are on the top floor, easily accesible by a (senior-friendly and toddler-safe) staircase right from the living area. In total, the three bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds provide sleeping for six.
A bonus room (den) with a sofa, a computer desk, a writing desk, TV, and free internet access are offered on the ground floor. Since this room is detached from the main floor, we hear that especially children love it.
A spacious (12'x20') front deck that extends the living space on the main floor offers direct sunshine from noon until sunset; it is a perfect place to enjoy sunshine in the afternoon, dining in the evening, and watching stars until late. A screened lanai on the opposite side, adjacent to the kitchen, with its early morning sun, is the friendliest place in the morning to enjoy your breakfast. Last but not least, the garden deck with a gas BBQ grill is a pleasant alternative eating place if you barbeque your meal, or if you seek shade or simply like to sit in greenery (this deck has an outdoor shower for washing off salt/sand when you come back from the beach).
The villa is fully furnished with all comforts of home for a worry-free holiday; virtually everything is prepared for guests, including bed and bath linens, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. As a courtesy we provide a BEACH WAGON & CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS & toys - to be passed from one renter onto another.
Sorry, no pets are allowed and thank you for not smoking inside. Please note that you can locally rent bikes, sea kayaks, toddler furniture, etc., we will gladly provide the necessary information.

11.5% Florida taxes, and $50 reservation fee extra, but no cleaning fee
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday, one week minimum rental
Holiday rates may increase (10%-25%)
$300 security deposit at booking, final payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Oh, it's a unique place in the whole North America - absolutely non-commercial, no high-rise buildings, so many miles of clean friendly beach, warm sea, lots of sun, no fast food chains but lots of local restaurants serving fresh grouper or crab, laid-back atmosphere ...........
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium Villa
A 3-4 minutes of a pleasant walk to the beach. We take all our necessities to the beach in the morning, then walk back and forth as necessary to get coffee, sandwiches, drinks, forgotten things, or to chill out, cook, eat lunch, have siesta, etc.; then collect everything in the evening (no-one touches your things on the beach of course) ..........

Oh, we are friendly Canadian snowbirds and love to spend some of our retirement time away from snow .........; the Villa is our second home (not really a "vacation rental") but when we cannot be on the Island, we let other people use it!
