BEACH ACCESS:
Take the speedy elevator to the first floor lobby, cross at the crosswalk (CARS WILL STOP FOR YOU!), and enter the PRIVATE 'TOWNE OF SEAHAVEN' BEACH ACCESS.
Leave your flip flops on the boardwalk, by the bench/shower, then SQUISH your toes in the WORLD FAMOUS SUGAR WHITE SAND of Panama City Beach. Set up your beach chairs at the waters edge, and RELAX in the land of AHHHHH's!
If you get hungry, Sharkey's is right there, awaiting your order.
Nothing like an ice cold drink on a smokin' hot sunny Florida day!
There is a photo on the website showing how very close to the beach you will be. Your proximity to the ocean may be shorter than in some of the larger beachfront complexes!
Owner's note: WE never thought we would be happy staying ANYWHERE that was not at the water's edge on the beach. That was before we experienced ORIGIN! Before purchasing, we explored many resorts along the beach, but nothing compared with the amenities (We got spoiled!)that Origin has to offer, at a fraction of the cost of the others.

We were very spoiled by the HUGE TV on the wall opposite the king bed, and the ocean view! The condo was very clean and well decorated - got much more than we expected for the price. The owners "welcome book" with menus and suggested activities helped us make good choices. The warm swimming pool was wonderful in January, and the huge jacuzzi hot tub with ocean view was amazing!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
Owner response: Our goal is to maintain a comfortable, but affordable beach getaway. I am really proud of the oversized 42" wall-mounted TV that Terry installed on our last visit. Yes, we also were spoiled with how nice and warm the pool temperature was kept, and of course, the hot tub. Thank you for taking time to comment on your stay in 609. About the owner: We honeymooned in Maui in 2007 after a 2 year courtship! I was widowed and had sadly sold my little beach condo at Sunbird in 2002. (My family fell in love with Panama City Beach since we arrived here in a pop-up camper in 1985!) After selling my Sunbird, I was so bummed - then daughter Kerry said she would buy another condo with me - and we purchased Calypso - perfect for a large family. We LOVE it! Then when I met Terry and got married again, we wanted a smaller place for just the two of us...and we found that perfect spot at Origin. A NEW BEGINNING....
Why the Owner Chose Origin at Seahaven:
My husband and I are very excited to be a part of the 'Towne of Seahaven'. A few years ago, during a beachwalk from Calypso, we stopped in the Seahaven Welcome Center. We were touched by the Bennett family's dedication to a dream they had since 1924! We liked the idea of being able to leave the car behind and walk to everything. We fell in love with the spacious design, and the romantic view from the oversized balcony!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My favorite is the 4th floor Grand Pool Terrace and the HOT TUB (only 2 flights down from 609). After a long walk on the beach there is nothing better than a relaxing soak in the foaming hot tub with the million dollar ocean view in front of me. LIFE IS GOOD! The beach access is EASY. Take a speedy elevator to lobby level, go outside to the crosswalk, cars stop, you cross to 'WELCOME TO SEAHAVEN' private beach access and the ocean is yours! It is great getting carryouts from Sharkeys and watching sunset from our private balcony! If you need more information or suggestions on what to see and do during your vacation at Panama City Beach, just browse through the WELCOME TO THE BEACH book I have in the condo, or just call me!
