The apartment is on the top floor of a well-kept residential complex with an unobstructed view of Lugano and Lake Lugano. It has a large balcony and is modernly equipped (bathrooms completely renovated in 2018, fully equipped new kitchen). Very large community garden and pool. Ideal as a starting point for numerous activities and to relax and to cook well yourself. The ingredients can be sourced from the Swiss and Italian sides - the ital. Border is only 10 km away.

Large outdoor swimming pool (with baby pool) in the area, as well as the tennis and squash courts in the neighborhood for a fee. The large sunbathing area behind the house is suitable for those seeking tranquility. Sun beds are on site.

Caro Holiday

The apartment was exactly as described on the website, clean and very comfortable. The view is spectacular A little bit tricky find as you arrive, specially in the dark, but once you have mastered the route all is fine. Very close to the center of Lugano but easily connected with the nature for beautiful hikes in the neighborough. The communications with the owner were quite easy and immediate. I highly reccomad this place for a nice and relaxing staying in Lugano.

Nice area . But make sure that u know where to get to this small little place.

This place is super clean and quiet with nice view . . We did have some difficulty to access the garage . Thanks to Ester ‘s call to find out how we were doing . Overall very happy about our stay in this condo.

Clean and modern apartment in great location

The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location is beautiful, great pool, nice and quiet. The apartment is convenient to the local bus but having your own car would be a benefit. Everything you need for a great stay in Lugano!
