Pristine Lbi Family Home W/ Bay Access & Prime Location

Why the Owner Chose Brant Beach
My parents owned a home in LBI for years and I spent many of my summers on the Island. As a husband, and father of 3 beautiful girls I wanted them to enjoy LBI as well. We're in Brant Beach which is close to the causeway for easy-on and easy-off the island. We're also relatively close to Beach Haven and have restaurants and entertainment within walking distance so we can do a lot of activities with the kids close by. As a sailor I bought this property because our street has deeded access to the bay which is just 200 feet away from our home. I wheel down my kayak and sunfish and I'm in the water in a few minutes. Priceless!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We're only a block and half from the beach and have deeded access to the bay to launch small boats. We've got a burger/ice cream (Dom's Drive In)place just across the street and have a lot of restaurants and activities within walking distance from the property.
Our street has deeded access to the bay. This means you can bring or rent a kayak for the week and launch just 200 ft from our home.
When you need a quick bite to eat you can walk directly across the street for burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and ice cream. Perfect for when the kid's are screaming to get ice cream :-).
Farias is walking distance away and you can rent bikes, plus get just about anything needed for the beach.
Amazing fudge and just about any kind of candy you can imagine. You can see and smell this place from our house. Perfect for the kids. . . and for we adults too :-)
The only main super market on the island. We're fortunate to be only a short 7 minute drive away from this well stocked market.
As you enter the island, there is a Wawa just before Long Beach Boulevard. Perfect for sandwiches and picking up staple items.
Rent all kinds of bikes immediately across the street from our home. They also do repairs if you bring your own bike.
Owner's Map of Brant Beach
I'm a native of Southern New Jersey (just outside of Philadelphia) and have always loved LBI. I'm an entrepreneur and run an apparel company in the Philadelphia area. I'm also an avid sailor and love to travel.
