Welcome to your 2009 Family Break Vacation retreat! Top floor Condo that is ideal for families and adult groups! Kids want the BEACH, BEACH, BEACH, but staying at this condo gives you the option to spend a day at the pool if you don't want to deal with beach chairs, towels and the sand.
Our condo features a spacious 3bdrm/2bath home away from home. We have covered most of your needs so that you only need to worry about bringing fun and the family with you on vacation! And...if you need to do a little work or just keep up with your emails, we offer FREE WIFI Internet access.
~Master bedroom has queen-sized bed with full-sized bathroom, TV w/cable and 2 closets.
~2nd bedroom has twin sized bunk beds.
~3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin sized bed on the top bunk.
~Couch in the living room converts to a full-sized sofa bed that sleeps two people.
~Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cooking utensils (pots/pans, baking dishes, etc.) and dinnerware.
~Laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer PLUS iron and ironing board.
~Gas BBQ grill is available along with a picnic area that includes picnic tables w/umbrellas to enjoy a meal after a dip in the pool OR a day at the beach.
~This condo is a smoke-free and pet-free vacation home.
~Towels and Linen are not provided.
~NOTE: Please add $300.00 security deposit to ALL RENTALS.
~Renters need to be over the age of 21 years of age. We do not accept Senior Week or Prom Rentals.

1. Wawa is a 2 minute walk (if you're still not quite awake)
2. CVS is a 2 minute walk (if you're allergies have you sneezing)
3. Acme is a 3 minute walk (when the kids ask "What's for Dinner?")
4. Beach is 5 blocks away (far enough away for peaceful sleeping)
5. Mulligan's Liquor Store is a 2 minute walk (just in case...)
