Please come and be our guests in our top floor Condo that is ideal for families and adult groups! Kids want the BEACH, BEACH, BEACH, but staying at our condo gives you the option to spend a day at the pool if you don't want to deal with beach chairs, towels and the sand.
This year we have replaced our major appliances with a new stove, microwave and dishwasher. We have also tried to think of everything you need, but always forget to bring when you’re heading on vacation (plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, toilet tissue and basic spices) so that you only need to worry about bringing fun and the family with you! AND if you need to sneak a peek at your emails or if you just want to surf the internet to do a little tweeting or update your Facebook Wall about how great of a time you're having in Wildwood at our place, we offer FREE WIFI Internet access.
We also provide a vacation book that contains all the information you need to make our condo your home away from home. It contains instructions for all our electronics and details about the condo (trash drop off, recycling practices, our favorite restaurants, menus, nearest hospitals, grocery stores, etc...).
For family movie night or a romantic evening snuggling on the couch (if you put the kids to bed early), why not enjoy a movie on our 37" LCD HDTV. Enjoy the pleasure of using our HD DVR which pauses live TV and you can record a show while you're at the boardwalk enjoying the fireworks or relaxing on the beach. Don’t forget, you can also bring along your or your kids favorite DVD’s to watch as well.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a deck that faces the pool, but there is also a great view of the sun coming up in the morning and then going down in the evening. The kids will also enjoy seeing the Wildwood drawbridge open and close to allow the larger ships to come through the bay throughout the day.
Our condo is located 5 blocks from the beach which is about a 10 minute walk. The shared pool is heated and there are pool toys that are provided for community use. A gas BBQ grill is available to all guests along with picnic tables with umbrellas to enjoy a meal after a dip in the pool OR a day at the beach. Our condo is a smoke-free and pet-free vacation home.
We are confident that you will enjoy the comfort of our home. There is no better location...
1. Wawa is a 2 minute walk (if you're still not quite awake)
2. CVS is a 2 minute walk (if you're allergies have you sneezing)
3. Acme is a 3 minute walk (when the kids ask "What's for Dinner?")
4. Beach is 5 blocks away (far enough away for peaceful sleeping)
5. Mulligan's Liquor Store is a 2 minute walk (just in case...)

We have three children that keep us very busy and our jobs zap the rest of the strength that we have. Family vacations are very meaningful to us because it seems to be the time that we learn something new that we never noticed about our kids with every trip we take. Purchasing this property gave us an always available getaway to put down all the electronic gadgets and focus on fun and each other. We sincerely hope that everyone who stays at our condo take advantage of the time and reconnect with the people you have brought with you on holiday.
Why the Owner Chose Wildwood
Wildwood holds special memories for both of us. We both came to Wildwood when we were young and we wanted to be able to share the enjoyment and build memories with our children. Vacations with our kids give us a moment to take a step back and see the changes that have taken place since the last time we were all together with nothing to do. The beach is five blocks away which keeps the noise level from the boardwalk away when you want peace. There is a grocery store, two pharmacies, Pizza Hut, McDonalds and a WAWA within a two minute walk. You can get to everything without needing to use a car which is meaningful to us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The location of this condo allows us to take bike rides or roller blade down through Wildwood Crest without worrying about a lot of traffic. This is important to us because we have two children under age 10. It also provides some quiet time for us when the kids go down to the pool and we hang out on the deck. We can actually talk about adult stuff without hearing "This is boring". The condo is about a 10-minute drive to a shopping district that includes a movie theatre, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, Five Guys, 5 or Below and several other well known stores.

We had a wonderful time staying at your place. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but it was better than what we had at home so that was good. Your home is beautiful, modern, and very clean. I let Renee know that an outlet was out and she had it fixed right away. Great service and upkeep. As a whole your home was wonderful and relaxing so I would rate it as an A+. Actually, I asked my son and hubby if they would want to rent again at your condo next year and they are already talking and looking forward to it. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My family and I were vacationing in Wildwood, but also attended a wedding in Cape May. The condo was so roomy for all of us to get ready. I couldn't get over how big the place actually is the pictures definitely do not do it justice. The condo was very clean and we felt at home. My sister especially loved the tv in the living room because it had DVR and our stay was during shark week. The welcome gift was very thoughtful as well. We all really enjoyed ourselves and plan on using this condo again in the future! Thank you again Renee!!

My wife, and two young children enjoyed our yearly summer vacation to wildwood. This condo definately made our stay that much more enjoyable. The condo is very large....the pictures do not do justice to exactly how big it really is. Everything was perfect....from the kids having their own room, convenience of a washer and dryer, large screen t.v's for movie viewing during the nights, very well taken care of/clean condo, to the wonderfull pool to relax in after a long day at the beach. The neighbors were all polite and welcoming, and the location was great....not too far from the boardwalk and close to several restaurants and shopping. Renee was nothing but helpfull when it came to any questions that we had. We recomend this condo to anyone....and i promise you will not be disapointed. We look forward to renting again.

Family of four (two littles). Had a fabulous vacation. Quiet area yet so conveniently located near EVERYTHING. Weather was just beautiful. The condo was so clean and very cozy to stay in. It was nice for the littles to have their own space. The balcony was great whether it be first thing in the morning or later in the evening. Neighbors are quite courteous and in fact you barely see anyone. Pretty much have the complex to yourself. Gratfeul for the outdoor shower after the beach...lots of sand to wash off! Also very happy for a washer and dryer. I know it doesn't sound like much but with kids, it almost semms like a luxury. Just a nice place to stay. Renee (the owner) was just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!! We even left gifts for the cleaning ladies. :)

Very spacious condo. We were surprised with the size! We really enjoyed our week away with the kids. There were 5 of us, but twice as many would be just as comfortable. All the comforts of home. We brought our bikes, and easily biked everywhere. The garage for storage was a big plus for us. Great quiet family location. We felt very safe.Thanks for the great stay!Will definately recomend to family and friends.

Forgot to add extra emphasis to the convenience factor that is in the property description. Acme, CVS, Walgreens and Wawa are all incredibly short walks away. It was so nice being able to run over to them when we needed something, and not bother with the car every time.

Renee's place is perfect! The location was an easy walk to the beach and with plenty of convenient street parking for when we used our car for side-trips or errands. The condo itself is huge! There were 6 of us most of the time but up to 9 of us on a couple of nights when my brother and his family from North Carolina made a last minute decision to drive up, yet we never felt cramped. My mother also visited and her only complaint was that there wasn't an elevator; but she's 74 and says that about any place with more than a few steps :-) The guests in the other condo units were quiet and polite, so relaxation and getting a good night's sleep were never an issue. I brought my family from San Francisco and wanted to show them how beautiful and fun the Jersey Shore can be (and show them that it's not all Snookie and her MTV gang :-). They were truly impressed and had a great time, and having Renee's place as our home for the week made it a flawless trip. Heck, even the weather was perfect! :-)

My family enjoyed the beauty of the place immensely. The quietness of the location was also nice for a change as we are used to staying in North Wildwood. Traveling back and forth wasn't so bad to North Wildwood either. The place was very clean and roomy. We did not take advantage of the pool, but that was our own fault. We certainly would consider staying there again in the future. The fact that we were able to rent the place from a Thursday through Monday was quite helpful and allowed for us to stay in a condo rather than a smaller motel.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay here and plan on staying again in the future! The pictures do not do the property justice. It is a wonderful great room, kitchen, dining room! We love that it is all open and we can all be together while we cook or eat or watch tv! I consider myself to be pretty picky when it comes to housecleaning, no hotel room is ever clean enough for me, but this house was spotless! Renee went out of her way to help us with our last minute booking! It was Roar to the Shore weekend so we were far enough away that the bikes did not keep us up all night but just a 5 minute drive to everything! We will be booking again soon!
