ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
FAMILY ROOM: Very spacious, features a large 36" TV, DVD, CD player, and
stereo. Couch, loveseat and coffee table ensemble provide a true
living room environment to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of
the island and ocean. Slide glass door leads out to the balcony.
DINING ROOM: Features an extra large farmhouse dining table
which can sit 10 people comfortably with an incredible view of
the island and sun rise to the east, its the perfect place to
enjoy breakfast before heading to the beach.
KITCHEN: Features GE Profile appliances, and all the gourmet
utensils, pots, pans, etc. needed to cook up a storm. Dinner
and silverware settings are provided, as well as ample cups,
wine glasses, and bowls for entertaining and casual dining.
Inclues kids' friendly dishes.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH: Features a king bed, TV, and private
bathroom with full garden tub and shower. Large closet and
bureau of drawers for your clothes. Sliding glass door leads
out to the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
QUEEN BEDROOM: Features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet.
KIDS' BEDROOM: The quietest place in the house, situated at the
far end of the floor. Your little ones can sleep the night way
here, while the adults enjoy the family room and balcony. It
features two sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV and DVD player,
and a walk in closet.
2ND BATHROOM: Features a full tub and shower, and vanity. It
is situated off the dining room for easy access by family or
guests.
PRIVATE BALCONY: Features breathtaking views of the Gulf of
Mexico and crystal-white beach below. The 11th floor view puts
you on level with the Blue Angels as they practice and perform
during Angel Week in July.
EXTRAS: Pack -n- Play, side bed rail, booster seat
are available for your youngsters, kids' dishes & cups, no need
to pack along. Board games for kids and adults. Unused outlets
are covered for young children's safety.
COMMON AREA: features two huge pools, one heated during the
Fall/Winter months, plus a hot Jacuzzi tub for late night
relaxation. Ample chaise lounges, tables, and chairs are
situated on the cool-surface pool deck for you to enjoy your day
at the pool, as you listen to the waves on the beach which is
steps away over the boardwalk.
GYM & SAUNA: A workout room and sauna are provided for those who want to maintain their regiment while at the beach.
RESERVATIONS: Require a $300 refundable security deposit at time of booking . Balance due 30-days before check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Fully refundable if more than 30 days before arrival. VISA/MC/AMEX via Paypal and subject to 3% transaction fee.
