If you are looking for a great condo in Pensacola Beach, stop looking now! I spent hours looking, and and you will not find any place better than this. The condo is large, very clean, and well maintained. The pools were very clean, and the beach is beautiful. The view from the condo is breath taking, and we spend many relaxing hours on the balcony. And the owner is wonderful! Kim responded quickly to my questions, and went out of her way to provide us with information about the area. She even sent us a list of restaurants she recommended. We tried several, and they were all great. We highly recommend McGuire's Irish Pub. And be sure to try the Native Cafe - right across the street - for a great breakfast! If you want a beautiful place to stay, and peace of mind about the owner with whom you will be dealing - this is where you want to be!

This Condo is fantastic- decorated tastefully, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The view is absolutely amazing- like a postcard. Fast Internet Access and Plenty of space to spread out if you have to work while on vacation like we did. Great Balcony, fantastic Beach Access and Pool / Hot Tub there at the facility. The Owners are wonderful to deal with. We plan to go back again sometime. No regrets whatsoever. GREAT place for family vacation!

Thank you so much for opening up your "home by the sea" for us to use. The pictures on the web site did not show the place justice. The view was breath taking from the moment we walked on. Our family had a wonderful time on Pensacola Beach. We loved the beautiful white sandy beaches and were amazed at how clean the beaches were. It was relaxing after a long day of being in the sun and water to just relax on the balcony. One morning we saw dolphins jumping and para-sailing. Our family would like to use your condo again in the future, as it felt so much like home. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the ameneties one would need. Kim was very easy to work with and when we were there she called to make sure everything was going good with us. She also gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to sight see. This condo is worth every penny we paid to use it for the week.

8 moms get-away weekend

Eight women arrived from Minnesota ready for catching up, relaxing and exploring and Kim and Tom's condo was the perfect base from which to do so! The decor was up-to-date, warm and welcoming and the owners thought of everything -- plenty of storage, nice lighting, a huge table to gather around, variety of bedroom configurations and all we needed to whip up some goodies in the kitchen. The views can't be beat, the location is outstanding and Kim was extremely gracious and helpful from the initial booking until we returned. We travel someplace new each year as a group, but if we were to do a repeat we wouldn't hesitate to rent this lovely home again. Local favorites: Crabs, Flounders and an 8-person Fun Car for touring down to the dunes.

Look no further! This condo surpassed all expectations... from the fantastic views of the Gulf and easterly views of the island, to the size, condition and amenities. It has everything you need to feel at home and pampered for a vacation. We stayed 5 days / 4 nights over Christmas and almost had the town to ourselves; a welcome departure from the summer masses. The property is well kept and secure. The beach is only a few yards away and much of what the town has to offer is within waqlking distance. We could not have asked for a better place to spend the holiday with family and friends. Making the arrangements with the condo owner was seamless with great communication. Everything was in order in plenty of time before we arrived. Again, if you are looking for a great place on Pensacola Beach, it will be hard to beat what this condo has to offer. It is highly recommended!

Beautiful..we had a great Thanksgiving

My family spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and found it to be everything as advertised. The unit was child friendly which was what attracted me to the place due to the ages of my grandchildren. The views are spectacular from the 11th floor corner unit. The pictures don't really do justice to how nice and clean the condo is. The pools and hot tub were a big hit by all as well as the boardwalk walk to the white, sandy beach. Also a number of restaurants and such nearby so really wouldn't have to leave the island, except maybe for some major grocery shopping which isn't far away. Kim called before and after our visit to confirm everything was up to expectations. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls and pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. One thing that needs to be fixed has nothing to do with the unit itself. The Emerald Isle sign in front of the building isn't very visible. There is palm tree in line of sight of the sign which makes it hard to read. This is something the property managers of the building need to address. Will return again. Bill M

Family reunion and GREAT place to stay for Blue Angel air show

What a wonderful place to stay in Pensacola. Property was exactly as described and photos were exactly as is real life! Our family met here for a small reunion, we had plenty of room and some to spare. The condo had a wonderful floor plan which lent itself to having alone time if needed. It was spotless and well maintained. The only thing we really needed to bring was food, clothing and some toiletries, everything else was well supplied and stocked. We had a beautiful view from the 16th floor and were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The weather was perfect and the surroundings were calm and serene. We went to the Blue Angel air show and had an easy trip in to the Naval air base. We would definitely recommend this property to others at this time of the yr (we came in Nov) and for others as well. The owner readily answered all of our questions quickly and gave us many good tips to make our trip exceptional. We ate at Flounder's one night and had to take home food b/c the portions were so large. Great food, really fun atmosphere. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your condo, we appreciate having such a nice place to "live" during our time in Pensacola!!

Girls Week Getaway!

I escaped a cold rainy Michigan week with my mom, sisters, and daughter to enjoy the warm sun and luxurious accomodations provided by Kim's condo. It was very comfortable and the panoramic view was incredible! The beach was wonderful and we collected shells and observed a variety of sea life during the week, including dolphins, rays, flounder, and other varieties of fish. We had a late return flight and Kim was very accomodating about delaying our check-out. It was a very relaxing get-away and I would definitely recommend it!

a wonderful condo at Emerald Isle Condominiums, directly on the beach of beautiful Pensacola Beach. Terrific location and awesome views, being a corner unit provides many angles for astounding views not to mention the size of 1101 Emerald Isle. You will feel right at "home" here, the owners even have a small framed picture of themselves; makes you feel comfortable to see with whom we are visiting. KIm was so helpful from the moment I contacted her , addressing any questions or concerns promptly. I can easily recommend this home to anyone . It is all that is "listed" and more, as pictures can't give justice , they just can't...of course you can get an idea of the decor and layout... But it sure Does feel right at Home Here. Beautifully Decorated and Spacious.

Space to stretch out ... great location ... and a great view !!

Had a great stay at this beautiful condo. Six of us stayed here during the week of my son's graduation from college. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and feel right at home. Everything was quite comfortable, and the bed rooms are arranged well for the kids. Even my older kids (16, 20, 22) enjoyed the puzzles and Sponge Bob placemats. And of course, staying right on the beach is the only way to go. Along with the sun & surf, we especially enjoyed watching the dolphins in the early morning from the balcony. Thanks, Kim for working with us on short notice for the dates we needed, and for making your home such a pleasant place to stay. We will definitely recommend it to friends and hope to be back sometime when we can get all the family together.

Great view, convenient location, and family friendly

The condo lived up to all of our expectations! We wanted a place to take our children and grandchild for the Blue Angels and this place sure filled the bill. The condo was baby friendly with a "pack n' play" for the baby, plug covers in the common areas, and a safe balcony. The owner accommodated all of our requests and was accessible and helpful throughout our entire stay when we had a couple of questions. The beach was beautiful during our stay (oil spill was occurring off shore) as the local authorities were staying on top of keeping the beaches clean. If you want a breathtaking view of the coast, a wonderful beach, and quick access to great food without all the noise and congestion in other coastal locations, you can't go wrong with this property. The condo staff was courteous and available, keeping the property clean and attractive. The fitness center was well-equipped with cardio and strength equipment. The Naval Aviation Museum is an incredible (and free) attraction located a half hour away. It is definitely a location we will consider returning to.

Our family of five plus 2 guests could not have been more comfortable! The condo is so spacious, well maintained but still kid friendly. We felt right at home. The views of the Gulf AND Bay were spectacular! We visit Pensacola Beach every summer but we can't always stay for a full week. We were fortunate enough to be able to this year and this condo was a perfect fit for our family. I hope we can work our schedule for future summers to come so we can return here again. Kim was wonderful to work with and so accomodating. She checked on us several times making sure our stay was going well. Thank you so much for sharing you beautiful property. We plan to retun here for many years to come.

What an amazing condo. You will not be disappointed. We visit Pensacola about 4-6 times a year because we have family in the area. All of my family came to the condo to visit and every one of them commented on the awesome location, the space, how beautiful it was, and THE PRICE!!! No complaints whatsoever. Kim was a wonderful person to do business with. Kept in contact with us, called to check on us and make sure that we didn't have any issues with the condo. I can not say enough about this trip. Prime location. We saw sea turtles from our balcony. The pool was great, open all night. Not alot of noise, which was great. Walking distance to great beach clubs, great food, the pier. There wasn't anything that Kim didn't think of when she set this condo up for rental!! I truly have no complaints. I stayed here in the Spring, 2009. What a wonderful place it was. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to escape and relax with all the comforts of home. The condo was immaculate and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The view was spectacular and convenience to the beach was a plus. Just a short elevator ride and you are in paradise. No need to worry here....you will have complete access to the owners. They are truly accomodating and available to make your beach vacation a most pleasant and memorable experience. Don't hestitate to stay here....you will definetly not be disappointed!!!

This is a super location and beautiful condo. It's been well taken care of. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the beach, pool, and nearby accommodations. We will likely return to the area, as we have family in Gulf Breeze, and would definitely stay at this property again. This condo is fantastic. It is huge with 3 bedrooms. The views are ridiculously fantastic from 3 different windows. The dining room table is large and will seat more than 8 people. The pools were clean and not crowed. The beach is just a few steps away from the pools. and the fishing pier is within walking distance. The shopping is close also. Security was great with protected access to the parking and building. The Decor is wonderful.. The owner should take up interior design.

Stayed with my extended family for a week over the Memorial Day holiday 2009. What a fabulous condo and a great vacation! Beautifully decorated and spacious. The condo never felt crowed even with 7 people coming and going during the course of the week. Corner unit has fantastic views and balcony is perfect, overlooking the Gulf. Everything is within walking distance but spent most of my time on the balcony just chillin! Couldn't have been better! Two pools facing the Gulf, one heated. Neither pools nor beach were crowded, even on a holiday weekend! Forget about Destin or Panama City! No contest! The owner is super nice and very accomodating. Will definitely try to go back in 2010!

AWESOME PLACE! We have stayed at the Emerald Isle on two previous occassions but the visit to condo 1101 has been the best. It has the best panoramic views. Eleven floors up and giant windows almost surround you! The condo is very kid friendly and beautiful at the same time. My wife and I, our two children and two younger family members stayed for 4 days and not a single complaint or broken item! Very good planning. Better than the views are the owners who were more than accomodating and very friendly. We will give a quick breakdown of the place as we saw it; The master bedroom and bath were GREAT and private (if need be) the large jacuzzi tub was a plus, the 2nd bedroom was very nice, private and roomy, the 3rd bedroom/kids bedroom - WOW, the bunk bed setup is a great idea. You could fit an entire family in that room alone! The living, kitchen and dining areas are very big and outfitted with the best furniture, utensils, electronics and furniture. There is a big heated pool and hot tub year round plus another big pool for the warmer months. There is also a gym (for what thats worth ;-). Friendly owners, visitors, staff and large parking area top it off. The condo is within feet of food, drinks, shopping and fun. If you go to Pensacola Beach, this is by far the place to stay! We hope to be back by the end of the summer. Oh yeah, it is right on the beach. Almost forgot about the best part!

This place is just beautiful. We stayed over Spring Break. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. The kitchen is stocked with high quality utensils and dishes. The pools and building are very well maintained.It was a great deal for beach front.
