The Grande Phoenician is a gorgeous new condominium in the luxurious Dunes. The community is double gated for your security and offers many amenities that will make your stay perfect. The amazing sunsets over the Gulf can be seen from your lanai! The Floridian Club on Vanderbilt Beach, which includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, shower, heated pool, cocktail bar and poolside dining, is available to you. Additionally, the Plantation Club on-site offers a beautiful resort-style lagoon pool, and private dining. There are six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and a fitness center. Plus there is a pool in the building, which has a spa, and BBQ grills.
The condo is 3,127 (including the lanai) square feet, 3 bedroom 3 baths, is newly furnished and very spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay! It can sleep up to eight in their own beds. There is a wonderful concierge center on-site to help with all your vacation needs! Enjoy your stay!

We spent the month of October in this grand location. First class condo, beautifully decorated and fully equiped for all our needs. Owner was available by phone when we had a question. The staff in the complex was very helpful in making us feel at home. Highly recommend the property for a great get-a-way in a wonderful part of Florida.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

I didn't even have to worry about towels our games to entertain! The kitchen was so user friendly because they had the place stocked even with spices needed to cook a great meal. We watched DVDs for downtime, wifi at our our discretion, and they even had docks! I can't wait to go back/ I have my family and friends coming along because there is plenty of room and we don't feel cramped because it is so large! I loved the pool especially, we felt like a star because they catored to our needs. The landlord was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We wil be going back!!! Thanks sippels!!
