Custom built house located near the longest white sand beach in Hawaii. The "Hale" or house is four blocks away from the beach and HWY, so traffic nosie will not keep you up all night. The property borders open corn fields and the Waimea Canyon mountains.
Large sliding glass doors open up to a covered deck with Waimea Canon mountain views and beautiful sunsets. In the master bedroom there is a Queen-size bed. In the 2nd bed room there is a double bed. Custom granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful green marble shower are in the house. The backyard is landscaped with palm and fruit trees. Adjacent to the yard, large open sugar cane fields stretch to the beginning of the Napali Coast and Polihale Beach Park area.
On the "Mauka" mountain side of the house is the amazing Grand Canyon of the Pacific, named the Waimea Canyon. Less than a minute drive from the house is the beginning of the road to many of the Waimea Canyon lookouts and hiking trails. The "Makai" or ocean side of the house faces a 17-mile white sand beach with great sunsets. The PMRF barking sands base is a five minute drive.
Since the Sugar Plantation shutting down several years ago, more and more vacationers visit Kekaha Beach town for its beautiful beaches and the Canyons of Waimea. Kekaha is also away from all the crowded hotels and tourist traps.
The slow and easy Hawaiian lifestyle of this neighborhood will relax you in this home. Cool trade winds from the Waimea Canyon and sunshine from the oceanside can be enjoyed all year around.
