This 650 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath newly constructed modern apartment is gorgeous. The cherry wood floor runs through the entire space. The recessed lighting glows throughout the area bringing warmth to the atmosphere.

The living room is pristine. Relax on the plush queen size sofa bed while watching the 42" Sharp Aquos LCD TV. The room is equipped with a DVD player and movies and books to rummage through. The sliding glass door reflects light throughout the area which leads out onto the balcony.

The kitchen has all granite counter tops with stainless steal appliances. It includes a microwave, a dishwasher and a pantry closet with a washer and dyer. All utensils, pots and pans are provided.

The large bedroom is cozy and comfortable with a feathery Queen size bed. It has soft linens, a Sharp Aquos LCD TV and a closet with lots of space.

The all white bathroom has a pedestal sink and subway tile flooring. All linens and towels are provided. There is central heat and air conditioning.

Apartment is very close to Astor Place, Washington Square Park and Union Square.

    • This is New York at its best. We travel extensively and it was with great pleasure to stay in this apt, in this area, considered "the real New York" by our New Yorker friends! In the midst of it all YET incredibly quiet in the apt. The host whom we nicknamed "Mike-on-the-bike" was simply kind, helpful, like a perfect neighbour what. THe apt is the comfort of a 4star hotel but only better with its full functioning kitchen. Even the pull-out sofabed was of excellent quality. So to Mike and Taunya, thank you!

    • Stayed for the week here, location couldnt be better, close to all action, subway, restaurants, and the east + west village. Hosts lovely, as others have correctly commented. Apt is quiet, clean; perfect actually. Just what you want, in my view.

    • my wife & i stayed here for 2 weeks while in NYC-if you're after the real deal, the east village is the authentic new york & this apartment is in the heart of it-funky japanese restaurants at your doorstep-short walks to nolita, soho, greenwich & union square-one block away from the subway which takes you anywhere! why stay at a hotel! our hosts were great, friendly, accomodating, helpful & the apartment was clean, spacious, well located, safe, quiet-just generally an excellent place to rest your head- highly recommended!!
