Burren Haven Cottage was everything we expected. The home is comfortably appointed, the kitchen well equipped, and the photos on the website don't really do it justice. It is off the "beaten path" and if you want quiet space and room to roam you couldn't ask for more. We had a wonderful time exploring Ireland's County Clare and visiting pubs and shops. Wish we didn't have to leave!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thanks so much for your generous hospitality and you fabulous cottage. It made our trip to Ireland most enjoyable. Using your cottage as a home base we travelled all over the west coast and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

If you are looking for a place to center your Irish vacation, this is the perfect "home". The cottage itself fits the description by the owner. Great view, lots of windows, modern and very well maintained. Katherine was very accessible before, during and after our trip! We have never been to Ireland before, and Katherine proved to be an excellent "Irish expert" on places to visit, eat and see. This is a home for those who want access to fantastic resturants, pubs, and activities, but don't want to be right in the middle of them. We would without a doubt recommend this Irish home for the perfect Hoilday! If you do decide to stay here, don't miss out on a boat ride to the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher. We really enjoyed your comfortable and cosy cottage. This very quiet place is well located, just as we expected. The landscape, the seaview and the "mountains" or hills that we climbed were magnificient. Moreover, we appreciate Irish people for their kindness and generosity.

A beautiful, well appointed house in an incredible setting! Can't think of any place in the world more beautiful! North Clare is certainly the place to be. We had planned to travel to other counties but there is so much to see and do in the surrounding countryside that we didn't get time to go further afield. Loved Burren Haven Cottage with views from every window.
