The apartment is within the grounds of the Royal Mougins Golf Resort. Near to the old village of Mougins, a mere 10 minutes drive from Cannes and 20 minutes from Nice Airport.
It is on the first floor overlooking the 18th & 3rd holes of the Golf Course. Close to the Clubhouse and the new hotel which includes a superb new Spa and Health Club. The facilities of the clubhouse are excellent and available to our guests whether you play golf or not.
The golf course is one of France's best, designed by Robert von Hagge and has been used as a European Tour venue.
The property has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. A large lounge with dining facilities available on the balcony overlooking the course. The kitchen is practical and includes the necessary facilities to allow a self catering experience for those that prefer it.
A beautiful shared swimming pool is available for our guests to use in the Summer.
The sea is 10 minutes away by car with a wide choice of some of France's finest beaches.

We live in Oxford England but try to get down to the South of France as often as we can! I am a Chartered Surveyor so am invloved in property by profession but this Apartment is for enjoyment and relaxation!

Your apartment is lovely. The space, the light, the view were all very much appreciated by me and by my guests. As we worked from early morning until midnight to 3am trying to profit from our networking time at the Festival, we weren't around the apartment much, but it was nice to come back to comfortable beds and to start the days off with a warm shower. I like the paintings you have chosen. I had an 'apero' on Sunday evening -- a successful and calm networking affair. The apartment was spacious enough to allow everyone to move around and not have any accidents. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful with questions - it's nice that you're so close. Thank you for providing a pleasant and affordable place to repose during a very busy time.

"This is one of the nicest places in France we have stayed in over the years. The flat is furnished in good taste, the 2 bathrooms are nice and large, and the kitchen is complete in every way. The dishwasher and laundry machines are modern, and the refrigerator is full-sized. It is a safe place: Not only is it guarded, but the adjoining villas would be much more alluring targets. My wife is a light sleeper; she never heard a noise, day or night. The adjoining restaurant is not inexpensive, but the food and ambiance are so fine that we never hesitated to take good friends there. We did not play golf. However, we did speak to golfers, and they praised the beautiful course. (Although we know the Cote d,Azure quite well, we take a GPS with us to locate our friends who are scatterred and hidden throuhout the hilly countryside, and we were happy to have it. We recommend you have one too, when you are not inside the crowded touristy cities.). To sum up, this flat is exceptionally fine, as are the grounds around it.. We are hopeful that the owners (whom we have never met) will keep it available to rent and that we can return many more times.. "
