The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. The unit itself is large with enough space for several families. My friends and I got together for a beach trip and had plenty of space to relax and lounge around the unit. However, it'll be hard for you to stay in the unit because the amenities at Phoenix West are incomparable. The lazy river is beyond relaxing and the water slide is fun for adults young at heart. The owner responds to emails quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be returning!

What a great condo and view. My wife and myself stayed with my sister and her husband for three nights and hated to leave. The beach, condo and surrounding activities were the perfect setting to spend time with family. We would love to do this again!

Little bit of heaven

Condo was beautiful. Bed was comfortable as it was the first time for a pillow top mattress. I wasn't use to the sheets not fitting tightly but fell sound asleep because it was comfortable. Only complaint was took an hour to work the DVD player. We needed a child with us to figure it out. We saw dauphins every morning while we listened to the ocean. Wished we could have stayed longer. Hope to visit again. Thanks for sharing the condo with us.

A Dream Come True

Two condos, fourteen people, three generations, and one person's 90th Birthday. It was the general opinion that this unit was definitely the superior unit of the two we rented to celebrate mom's birthday. It was large enough that we were able to share meals together, relive memories, create memories, relax, and celebrate. Everyone agreed it was a beautiful and comfortable unit. We only ate two meals out while there, and everything we needed to make all the other meals were in the unit. They owners were so very easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Thank you so much for the privilege of using your condo.

My family and I found this condo met its claims of beauty and luxury. The views are gorgeous and the kitchen and bar have everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve a meal. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and plentiful with plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The heated pool, hot tubs, and exersize room were icing on the cake. The owner responds to questions immediately and is very helpful at each step of the rental process. We had a wonderful week!

What a gorgeous condo!! My fiends and I enjoyed the peace and quite of this corner unit. Weather was a little cold, but that did not spoil our week of luxury. The decor is exquisite and the condo is just a wonderful place to get away. I have and will continue to recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you to the two couples who own this beautiful condo and thanks also to Wendy who was so helpful. Hope to come again soon!

We spent 4 nights here for New Year's and had a blast. It was 4 married couples that wanted a place to relax and get away for a little while. We each had our own bathroom which made it even better. It was too cold for the outdoor pool, but we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The living/dining area was a perfect fit for 8 people. The couch was huge and great to lounge around and watch futball or a movie. Great place and dinitely would stay again.

Hurricane Isaac Was No Threat

This was our second time to stay at Phoenix West. The location in Orange Beach made it convenient to get to anywhere in the area. The overall property is top-notch and super clean. The lazy river, slide and pool area are extremely nice. This particular condo is located on the west end of the 20th floor offering great views. There is plenty of space for a large family to have both togetherness and privacy. The extra ice-maker also comes in very handy when packing a cooler for the pool or the beach. Our stay this year was taken to a whole new experience level with the approach of a hurricane. We have been staying in the area every year for the past 15 years and this was our first "bad weather" experience. Thankfully, the hurricane went far enough west to allow us to stay and ride out the storm without too much difficulty. All in all, another great vacation.

This is an amazing condo! It has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The deck and view from the 20th floor is unbelieveable! The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen my family has ever experienced. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners have made this condo very comfortable for their guests. The Lazy River was our grandchildren's favorite spot. Their secretary, Wendy, is ready to answer any questions. Our family said this was the best vacation ever!!! We will definitely return!

The condo is so large and spacious and is filled with nicer furnishings and contents than most rentals! Even the beds are comfortable! This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this condo and Wendy, the manager is very helpful and always responds quickly to any questions or issues. I also love that they allow you to pay in installments!

Fantastic condo in the Phoenix West. The decor it beautiful, floor plan fantastic and sunset viewing outstanding. You can even see the sunset from the kitchen! The only improvement we would make is an outdoor hot tub, but that is out of the owner's hands.

Our only problem was that the refrigerator went on the blink the second day we arrived. We had already filled it with food, so had to put some of our food in a cooler, which was so graciously provided by the maintenance person. They were very helpful; however, we had to throw out some of our freezer foods. Slight inconvenience but we still had a wonderful time.

Our month long stay in Phoenix West 2001 was fantastic! The expectations created by the listing information and pictures were exceeded. The condo lay out, space, furnishings and supplies go way beyond what you would expect from a rental unit. The building itself, the pool and the exercise area were also well maintained. The views out the windows in every room were to die for and covered parking was an added bonus on rainy days. We also loved the electronic lock on the entry door. I could go on and on with positive comments so let me end by saying that Wendy and the owners could not have been more helpful. Their timely responses to emails and phone calls both before and during our stay made planning to stay and then staying there a breeze! Thanks Wendy. We would return to Phoenix West 2001 in a heart beat and would recommend it to friends and relatives.

Gigantic wrap around deck with 100% privacy. decks and views of gulf and bay from every room. 10 foot ceilings and spacious bedrooms and living areas. Well decorated with large flat screen in the living room and flat screens in every bedroom. easy access with electronic key pad. Ammenities were great - two hot tubs and two saunas with large indoor pool. Plenty of parking and easy access to everything in gulf shores and orange beach. Would definately stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We have had excellent experiences both years. The condo is beautiful, well-maintained, and includes everything you could possible need. The balcony {our personal favorite!} is amazing. Despite having 7 adults and two small children staying for the week, we all had plenty of space and were not crowded in the least. The Phoenix West property was also well-maintained-- we enjoyed the pools, lazy river, and water slide. We highly recommend this property-- we will be back!

My family consisting of 5 adults and 3 grandsons, ages 10 to 2 years old, stayed at this beautiful condo. There was plenty of room and lots of ammenities. Even though we were not able to enjoy the beach as much as we usually do, there was plenty to do to keep the kids occupied between the lazy river, water slide and pool. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils and lots of extras. There was hardly a need to leave the complex. Wendy was absolutely wonderful in helping us book, make changes, arrangements to check in and check out. She was the best and made it so easy. My family and I go to Orange Beach for a week every year and we have been booking with the same real estate company for years but that will not happen again. The owners are very easy to deal with and very understanding. I will be booking here next year and would recommend it to anyone as well. Thanks for everything!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was so beautiful and had plenty of space for all of our guest. We stayed in and cooked the whole time we were there. The balcony was huge and a joy to sit out at night. Wendy was so great to work with. Booking this condo was a breeze.Wendy even gave us info on area things to do while we were there.I was even lucky enough to meet the owner of the condo Darlene. It was so nice to talk to her. We expressed to her how beautiful her place was. We also thank he for renting her place. We can't wait to go back.

Wow - what a great vacation! We met up with family from IN and OH and had three families staying in this condo. It was so wonderful! We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. It was not at all cramped and was well furnished with everything we needed for cooking, etc. The kids had a great time on the slide and we all enjoyed the lazy river and the beautiful beach - can't wait to come back! Fabulous. Our family and friends had a great time there. It was very spacious and a great view of the shoreline and the sunset. Loved the rooms with each having their own bath. Loved the open space and large balcony. The Lazy Susan, slide, pool and access to beach was fantastic. We like to cook and probably could have done with better pots and pans, but that is a small thing considering how much we enjoyed this Condo. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years and this has been the best stay yet. Thank You.

All I can say is WOW! This Condo was AWESOME! Out of the 25 years that our family has been coming to the Gulf Shores area, this Condo was the best in every aspect. From the decor to the breathtaking views, the short walk to the beach(less than 100 yards), the lazy river, the slide for the kids and the Zero entry pool, everything was perfect! We have stayed in many Condos over the years.This Condo ranks at the very top. The balcony is great,large enough, for a big boiled seafood spread. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped for established cooks to perform their magic. The bedrooms and living areas are beautifully furnished and the decor is very nice. Throw in the Hot Tubs, Lazy River, Indoor/Outdoor pools, Slides and easy access to the beach and you have a very positive experience, and one that will surely be repeated. 30 plus years of staying in condos on the Gulf Coast this is the nicest unit of them all. The Complex is first rate and the unit is better than that.Wendy was great,check in was zero hassle .Spent lots of time on the balcony,the view is special. Thanks for sharing the unit.

Our family, (7 adults & 3 babies) enjoyed vacation in this lovely condo the week of May 17th. This luxury condo far exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows, breathtaking views of the gulf. We had lunch on the balcony; prepared several dinners with ease in the well designed kitchen. what a wonderful way to enjoy the beach! The owners made sure every detail was covered in decorating the interior of this condo. The best place on the Alabama coast to view a magnificent sunset...breathtaking!!!!! We stayed in your condo over spring break,I can truly say this is the most luxurious condo we have ever stayed in.
