Our spacious Tuscan village-style lakefront town home with private spa is nestled in the fantastic Terra Verde Resort and Spa, less than 5 miles from Disney, in Kissimmee, Florida. Purchased at the end of 2008 we have completely remodeled the entire town home with new furniture, appliances, linens and housewares. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for families, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
Our lakefront town home is less than a two minute walk from the resort clubhouse, heated pool and tiki bar. Inside the Terra Verde resort club house, you'll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café.
Sleeping accommodations are perfectly planned for the family, with a master bedroom that enjoys a queen-size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. The kid's Mickey themed bedroom provides perfect sleeping for the younger ones in the party, with 2 twin beds, together with a dresser,closet space, TV with kid's videos, plus an adjacent family bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a queen size bed, dresser and lamp. For extra flexibility, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required.
Additionally a baby crib, infant bath, booster seat, bouncy seat, and two strollers are included for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort
The location is fantastic, It's close enough to all the locations but off the beaten path. I'm 2 minutes to the main highway with all the restaurants, Walmart, Target, etc. But I'm able to walk around the resort and not hear the noise or see all the craziness that is in the Kissimmee area.

I bought this property last year so my family and I had a home to go to when we visit Disney and Universal Studios. We have three small children and got tired of staying in various hotels. We're able to go to the resort and relax and not worry about leaving to get food or entertain the kids.

Just returned from our stay at this property. It was everything it said it would be. Pics are exact to what we found. The area was great. Property and area well maintained. The owner was very helpful throughout the process. We would definately recomend this property to our friends and family and would most definately return. Our two young daughters loved the Disney touches throughout the home. We also loved the pool and tiki bar. I was so excited to come from 30 degree weather to 85 degree weather and enjoy a cocktail while relaxing pool side! We also loved the fact that it was close enough to Disney but just far enough away from the craziness of Disney. Perfect location off of the beaten path. Very easy commute to all parks. Wish we were still there!!

My family of five stayed at this property the week of July 4th, 2009. The unit was as represented, very clean and well maintained. The complex in general is very nice, with a beautiful community pool & clubhouse. The key pick-up and drop off was also very easy. I would recommend this rental to families looking for a quite vacation base in the Orlando area..
