From the property you can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, spas and salons and numerous recreation activities right in Anthem. A short car ride will take you to Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, Glendale and of course Phoenix where you can find gourmet dining, fine shopping, world-class spas and much more.
The Beauty of the Desert
The backyard of the property has an unobstructed view of the sixth hole of the golf course, plus provides unobstructed, quiet, breath taking views of the hot air balloons in the sky in the morning and incredible Southwest sunsets at night. Enjoy afternoons and evenings listening to music on the patio which includes a barbeque, and patio furniture.
The house is designed and decorated to reflect the Southwest style. Inside you'll find up to date decor and lifestyle amenities waiting.
All Anthem Country Club facilities are restricted to member use only. Transfers can be made for those who are staying for a period of six months or longer.
The community pool and fitness center located outside the gates of the Country Club are available for short-term renters for a modest membership fee. Details upon request.
