  My wife and I recently returned from our winter vacation in Anthem. This was the first time that we have rented a home for several weeks. Our expectations were met or exceeded in every way. The owners, Ginny and Bob, were a pleasure to deal with - always accessible and accommodating. They even worked with us to extend our visit when our flight home was delayed by a day. The home was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked with all of the necessities for an enjoyable time. Very clean and well-kept. Great location - great views - wonderful relaxation. Anthem is a very nice community. There are stores, shops, restaurants, parks, walking/hiking trails; everything you need, in a beautiful desert/foothill setting. We would definitely return to this location!

  My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this wonderful home in Anthem. And it truly is a home. We felt so comfortable in the house and enjoyed the patio and bbg. We walked all over the area and met so many friendly people all of whom love living in Anthem. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner in the home. We also enjoyed the surrounding areas and we loved Taco Tuesdays at the Persimmon Clubhouse. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. We hope to return soon.

  I want you to know how much my wife, Dorothy, daughter, Kelly and I enjoyed staying at your nice home in the Anthem Country Club (ACC) subdivision - from sitting on the fully covered patio watching golfers drive by to driving ourselves from 5 miles to 110 miles to see fantastic Arizona attractions such as Pioneer Village, the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix, the aircraft museum in Mesa, to Prescott, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The pictures on your website did a great job of showing what your home itself looks like. We were pleasantly surprised to find Walgreens, Walmart, McDonalds, Safeway, Ace Hardware, restaurants, two gas stations, an Outlet Mall and a beautiful, large community park all within 3 miles of your home !!! My wife was especially relieved and impressed with the level of security required in order to get into the Country Club property. The ACC itself is like living in a private park. We had to take several drives around the Country Club grounds before we realized there were actually two Country Clubs, two golf courses and two fitness centers !!!! My daughter got me in the mode of taking daily walks around the subdivision. Met some nice people (including some Cardinal fans !) By the way, three of your neighbors on West Dion were very friendly and provided some great tips on more restaurants and suggestions for enjoying Sedona. Our thanks again to you and Bob for enabling us to have a very, very enjoyable and memorable vacation !!!!!

  We stayed in this property for approximately one month in March 2011. My wife and I were joined for one week by my son and daughter-in-law who stayed comfortably in the Casita. I must admit that we more than enjoyed our stay in this residence, for the following reasons: 1- The home is as well or better equipped than most places with modern stove, fridge etc The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. The bathroom magnificent. 2- It had internet Wi-Fi, 3- The house is vast and relaxing with and outdoor BBQ and patio looking out on a golf course. If one is tired of the restaurant scene, it's perfectly OK to stay and eat there (Safeway and shopping centers are close by). 4- What we appreciated as well is the strategic location from which to visit the region. Anthem is close to I-17 and in fact not far from the Grand Canyon and Sedona which we wanted to explore. This location also placed us on the way to Phoenix's best attractions, pro hockey, baseball and basketball, and other interesting possibilities such as Apache Junction, the Botanical Gardens and some fabulous Mexican food. All in all, this was one of the best stays we experienced while in the US. I would recommend this property to any person looking for a pleasurable and safe vacation in the Phoenix area.

  The home was accurately described in the RVBO listing. The home contained every item that was needed to have a wonderful vacation. The layout of the home was wonderful for intertaining, or just being by yourself. The owners are WONDERFUL to deal with, and were concerned that I was satisfied with every detail of my stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We rented the home #218498.The home was precisely as described in the listing. ginny Cain,the owner,could not have been more helpful.She was a delight to deal with.The accoumdation were very clean and well maintained.We really enjoyed our visit.

  We had the best vacation in Anthem! We are a fan of Anthem anyway, but we found this property to be exactly what we needed! We enjoyed all the amenities of the house, perfect for what our family needed. A great back yard, with a fabulous view of the golf course and great sunsets! It was very clean, and was a great location for us to drive to many areas of interest within the state. We look forward to returning in the future!

  We loved our 3 month stay in this Anthem home. The house is so comfortable and well appointed we immediately felt at home there. All of the pictures and descriptions in the listing are spot on. This home is definitely well maintained, we were there for 3 months and never had a problem with any aspect of the house. Although we didn't have any problems during our stay and didn't need to talk the the owners, we did talk to them a few times prior to our arrival. They were helpful and always accessible, made sure we understood the entry directions and how to set started which was key to our transition. The patio and backyard have outstanding views of the mountains and the golf course. After a busy day in the Phoenix area it was always a pleasure to come back to the house and just relax on the patio and enjoy the views and the quiet. We are walkers and used the great walking paths throughout the community. Anthem has a number of restaurants in the area, just 5 minutes away.If you want to take advantage of the surrounding communities Anthem is situated so that is it easy to get to other areas such as Phoenix, Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale for restaurants, art shows, golfing, sight seeing. This is a great home, in a great community.
