There are only neighbors on one side of the house as the other side is adjacent to a beautiful desert wash. In addition, there is a private patio between the main house and the guest house with a restful water fountain.
All of the bedrooms and the great room have television sets connected to Cox cable. All of the appliances are new within the last 3 years. The home is beautifully landscaped with a natural desert feel.
