Terravita is an award winning community with natural desert landscaping, walking trails, fitness center, six tennis courts, pool, spa, club house/restaurants, golf course, etc. All activities are included except golf which is available for an extra charge.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and two full baths, a den, great room, breakfast room, full kitchen with new granite counter tops, laundry room with washer and dryer, covered rear porch with table and chairs, and a BBQ grill. There is a gas log fireplace in the great room.
There is a separate guest house with a king sized bed, closet, and full bathroom.
The house is on the fairway of the award winning Terravita golf course with beautiful views of the golf course and Black Mountain. There are only neighbors on one side of the house as the other side is adjacent to a beautiful desert wash. In addition, there is a private patio between the main house and the guest house with a restful water fountain.
All of the bedrooms and the great room have television sets connected to Cox cable. All of the appliances are new within the last 3 years. The home is beautifully landscaped with a natural desert feel.
