Such an incredible, beautiful place to be! Our house was finished construction Dec 2008, so it is very new. We found a local carpenter who did all the furniture, woodwork, beds, etc in authentic Mexican style!
You really feel the culture when you walk into our home. It is a two-story, 3 BR home. The master has en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a walkout balcony overlooking pool and golf course. Bedroom #3 has bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top). Showers in all 3 bathrooms. Air conditioned, extremely nice, bright living room and office.
It is located in quiet Puerto Aventuras, which is approx 15 mins south of Playa del Carmen, or 70 km south of Cancun, in the Mayan Riviera. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community on the beach, and has its own golf course, marina, dolphin adventures, lagoon, and some very nice resorts as well.
Our house is part of a large project of 12 houses around a common area and swimming pool, and it is backed right on the Golf Course. It is only a few blocks walking distance to the beach and a really cool lagoon (great for kids) that you will see in the pictures.
Puerto Aventuras is THE place for fresh seafood, and there are a bunch of very nice, very affordable restaurants portside that you can walk to each night to dine on the days catch. Local deep sea fishing tours, sailing, and other water activities all leave right from the port. As well, they have a huge dolphin and sea lion park right in the middle of everything. Kids love it.
Puerto Aventuras is much quieter and laid back than Playa del Carmen.

Our family owns this beautiful home, and we try to visit as often as possible. There are lots of kids and they all love it here! In fact, almost every one of them have learned to swim in the pool in Mexico! We love visiting here to spend time with our family and enjoy a break from the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
Puerto Aventuras is an easy place to get to. Flights to Cancun are very reasonable and easy to book. A short drive takes you away from the busy Cancun area to the quieter Puerto Aventuras. We love this community and feel it is the best place in all of the Mayan Riviera. We always have our small children here and feel very safe.
