Excellent beach block family rental property at a great price! Only four years young.
Two master suites: Top floor suite has king bed, flat screen TV on wall, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, and large deck with chairs; Bottom floor suite has queen bed, flat screen TV on wall, and attached bathroom - nice feature if two families are renting. Two additional bedrooms accommodate four with twin beds. The family room (second floor) has fireplace, flat screen TV, and a large wrap around deck with small table and chairs. There are three full bathrooms and one powder room. Large clean outdoor shower available for when you return from the beach.
Bedding includes pillows, comforters, blankets and mattress pads. You only need to bring your sheets and towels - everything else is included. Linens can be provided for all beds for only $100.
Beach tags, beach chairs (8 each), and beach umbrella are included, but must be returned to get security deposit back. Baby equipment (pack-n-play, entertainment center, stroller, and gate for stairway)available upon request; add $100 to security deposit if using equipment). Cleaning supplies provided.
This rental property is for rent to family and mature adult (ages 25+) groups only. Non-Family, high school or college groups are not permitted. Parents or adults renting properties for un-chaperoned, non-family groups is not permitted and is strictly enforced. Identification of all occupants must be furnished upon request and/or provided with signed contract. Violation of this policy can result in denial of access to the property, cancellation of the rental and/or removal from the property without refund.
This rental property is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE.
Deposit & Procedure:
CHECK IN TIME: Saturday 2 PM
CHECK OUT TIME: Saturday 11 AM
The lease agreement will be sent to you which is to be signed and returned with the security deposit and 1/2 of the rental amount. We will then sign and return a copy for your records. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to occupancy. The receipt of your returned rental agreement & deposit is the only way to reserve your rental. If your agreement & deposit is not received within 7 days of your reservation, the week will remain open.
Home includes free wireless high speed internet and cable TV.

My name is John McMenamin and am a very proud owner of this home. Back in the 80s I purchased this lot (6611 Landis Ave) and spent many summer weeks/weekends in the old home with all my family and friends. I have am one of 9 children, have 16 nieces and nephews, and now have 8 great nieces and nephews. So as you can imagine many fun summers were spent down here with the whole family. In 2004, I decide to tear down the home, not the memories, and rebuild a brand new place. As you can see in the photos, there are two condos (north and south side). I have keep the north side as a rental unit as I'm waiting for the housing market to rebound. I was hoping to use the south side as a full time summer home for my mother and my family, but have had to rent it out for a few weeks out of the summer to help with the mortgage. I really think you will enjoy this home and will especially enjoy working with myself and my two twin nieces (Jenn & Kelly) that help me manage the home. A little more about me... I am now 61 yrs old male and am a very proud Vietnam War Vetern (Marines). I currently work with the US Post Office but hoping to retire in the near future.
