Apartment with office space in prewar loft building with street access. Scenic location across from three landmarked buildings including the Marble collegiate church. Views of Empire State Building.

Over 2000 sq ft with 5 or more rooms, 1-2 bedrooms. Hardwood floors, skylight, newly renovated bathroom with hand glazed ceramic and glass tiles. Large attractive kitchen include eating nook and Vermont slate counter. Art works by Rob Hite. Central air conditioning. Friendly designer touches (architect Beppe Zambonino designed it).

It also has been used as an architectural school, gallery and live work space. Conference room area and full screen for presentations. High ceilings up to 14 feet.

    • A great apartment with plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. We had 3 generations staying together from 10yrs to 80 yrs, the apartment allowed space and privacy for all. Internet, comfy lounges and a capuccino machine all supplied ! The location is so close to everything, the best coffee in the USA next door and a club / bar in the Hotel next door. Tracey and Michel are always available to help out. We loved staying there.

    • This apartment is very spacious and well situated. It is well maintained, has good facilities and the wireless access is a bonus. There is a lot of tourist information available. The owners who live upstairs are very helpful, without being intrusive. They enjoy seeing people experience NY and are genuine and friendly. We also had a very pleasant sojourn in the house they own upstate in the Catskills. The fall colours there were wonderful and it all worked out so well for us. Many thanks Tracey & Michel!

    • We 3 girls stayed at this fabulous apartment for 2 weeks in Nov-Dec 08, and loved it! It's a huge place with a lovely bathroom and kitchen, and a great 'character' about the place. The owners live in the same building and always made themselves available to assist us or answer questions. They were helpful, friendly and honest (without being in any way intrusive). The location is great - right in the middle of Manhatten and walking distance to Empire SB, Macy's, Flatiron District, Times Sq etc. I would certainly recommend this place for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness (great for groups). This accommodation made our holiday extremely special!
